TheBrickAvenger Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 (edited) Good evening everyone, I wanted to present a small part of my future entry for the contest "First Contact" on the Forum Brickpirate ( http://brickpirate.net/forum/phpBB3/ )! The Raccard is of Swiss origin and is found mainly in the Valais, it is usually close to the cottages and is an attic. It is mounted on pintails and pallets to prevent rodents to climbing there. I hope you will love this : The Raccard par TheBrickAvenger, sur Flickr Edited April 27, 2012 by Tazmaniac Quote
Hollander Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 I like it. It seems pretty accurate to me. Do you already know what you are going to make more for the contest? Quote

Rufus Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 I like your barn... but is this a contemporary building, or historic? If the latter, you might get more interest in the History forum - let me know and I can move it for you if necessary. If it's contemporary, here is fine. Quote

Yes I think this topic would be better placed in the story, I'm sorry :/! Quote

Brickdoctor Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 Excellent work, as said in the other thread. The mottled stonework is perfect, and the pitchfork clipped to the side, patches on the roof, and cheese slopes on the walls all are great details. Quote
