It is labelled like that in Spanish S@H. I didn't check in other countries, but I guess it will follow the same path little by little in every country. Also labelled as Retiring soon are Sydney Opera, SW Sandcrawler and Ewok Village.

also listed as retiring soon on S@H for everywhere except the United States and Canada, with the added point that the Korean S@H site doesn't appear to have an English language version so I have no idea about there
