Dear All!

Here's sharing a new MOC i made with compliments of the wonderful technic shared by SearchFunction on how to build a 4 seater 6 stud wide vehicle:

Double-Cab 6-studs wide seats 4 comfortably Fire pump truck!

Here's the back view with 2 hose reels for fire fighting action. The reels attach to neighboring fire hydrants to tap the water to another fire boom truck as per SOP fire ops...

Here's a top view showing the double-cabin. Seats 4 comfortably within 6 studs! Nice!

The right view of the truck, with 2 ladders attached and pump equipments...

A photo with the ladders removed for a better view at the pumping gauges and external compartments:

There are 2 side lift doors at the left side for easy access to fire fighting equipment stored inside the truck... Wait a minute, whats that i see behind the 2 yellow fire extingushiers at the rear door??

Let's take a closer look! It's a switch! So that means....

Nice? Quite hard trying to get all the bulbs and wiring in place...

Here's a final view of our fire fighting heros!

Thanks for reading! Comments & Critism welcomed! Hope you like it and Cheers!

Nice storage compartments, also nice to see lights on this build. But I miss some lights on top though. :classic:

I always liked the fire truck offerings from Lego for some reason. I think you did a really good job on this and like the above comment I wish the lego versions sat more firefighters. I really like how you added some light features into this and the compartments really make for an authentic version as well. Great job!!

Thats one good looking truck! I´m very excited to see my idea in use, and glad too hear that it works too :classic:

Now I just need to finish tinkering with designs and settle on a build myself, but I just can´t help it. I´m a sucker for details  .

I've always wanted to see a Fire Truck with light functions, this did not disappoint me.

I really like the way you used the slopes and tiles, it makes it look very un-blocky.

And it's good that you managed to include equipment on the inside, even though most of it is being used by the power functions/wiring.

But my favorite bit has to be the four-seating cabin, I just really like the way it looks from the outside.

Thank you all for all the kind comments! I really appreciate that!

@ SearchFunction: Thanks for your wonderful idea! It works perfectly and i'll never have thought of that technic! Cheers!

@ Landshark/ Alasdair Ryan: Actually it isnt a PF system... Or rather, it isnt even a Lego light system... It was something i got off the hardware store cheap, paying like only $1.70 for a set with a battery box that requires 2x AA batteries to 8 light bulbs. The lights are quite bright though, and the battery box isnt that BIG to easily fit into any trucks/ cars...

Here's another look at my emergency vehicles; all with flashing lights.

And here's a really lousy video (my digital camera sucks) of them in action:

There are altogether 4 different types of systems used here. Can anyone guess them all? keke ~

Thanks for reading and thanks again for all the kind comments!
