December 23, 201113 yr It has been a while since the gold knight. Seeing what HF is doing I think it is quite possible for a gold ninja to have good plastic, but it requires good will from TLG.
December 23, 201113 yr Wow, that 4 headed dragon is interesting. Damn, I thought I was done buying dragons, now they come with this masterpiece... The 2 headed snake guy is cool too. Why is the snake guy in the snake mech thing holding a banana?
December 23, 201113 yr Author According to the UK Sales thread, the new sets are slithering their way into the UK I asked my son if he'd rather just have money for his B-Day on the 3rd of Jan, then him and I go into Cardiff and (hopefully) buy all of the new NinjaGo sets (yes, ALL OF THEM MWHAHAHA ). Is it known whether the Kendo Jay Booster pack will be available for general sale later in the year? Or will it be a promo that will appear in to NOTW and the Sun? Anyway, if anyone sees any stores near Cardiff that sells the new sets, please could they send me a PM? No luck in any shops in Newport or Cwmbran. I am going to Cardiff on Tuesday next week, but I'll keep an eye out if I decide to brave the shoppers at the new Tesco tonight.
December 23, 201113 yr All the Ninjago sets (I think) are available at S@H: http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Ninjago-ByTheme Including the promo sets like the Crane vehicle and the snake arena.
December 23, 201113 yr All the Ninjago sets (I think) are available at S@H: http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Ninjago-ByTheme Including the promo sets like the Crane vehicle and the snake arena. Exclusive sets, not promos. Nearly right. They're missing one as well. I'm outraged at the price of the 'Spinner Battle Arena' set. It's basically the Starter Set with 3 little models attached yet it costs over £20 more? What the heck TLG?

December 24, 201113 yr I know they are Exclusives. I call them promos because I can. #Andyoucan'tdoanythignaboutit #DealWithIt There is a difference between promos and exclusives. I'm surprised they're already on S@H - seemed like only yesterday we got news of it.
December 24, 201113 yr I'm surprised they're already on S@H - seemed like only yesterday we got news of it. I'm more surprised that they're up, and the CMFs aren't. Considering that the Ninjago site isn't really updated yet, yet the CMF one is... Also, as response to your earlier request for a purple ninja: gravity ninja FTW![/bioniclereference]
December 24, 201113 yr I just recently got Cole's Tread Assault, and I'm lovin' the minifigs: The snake tail part was perfect for making a naga, and Cole ZX is a perfect stand-in for Ryu Hayabusa...
December 24, 201113 yr Is anyone else excited by the different colored snakes? Maybe it's just me, but I can see myself having fun with a wide assortment of those colored snakes. I'm waiting to pass judgement on the big 4 headed dragon until I see better pictures. I really liked the looks of the previous 4 dragons, but after building three of them, I'm very disappointed in how fragile they are. That new one looks monstrous. I'd be worried about it falling apart or being too difficult to put together. I think I would have liked a new designed green dragon, but seeing what LEGO has done so far, the only really different design was the earth dragon. I think a large part of me is dissapointed in Ninjago. I was hoping for a series more rooted in mythology and have nice architectural buildings. But LEGO is going wild with these modern and futuristic vehicles. Takes half the fun out of it for me. But I am enjoying the campy nature of the TV show and see that reflected in the sets. As much as I don't like the bright green color in many of the new sets, I am looking forward to the snake figures.
December 24, 201113 yr Went to the UK Milton Keynes LEGO store today, they had all the new sets (yes, even the 3 exclusive sets). I didn't buy any of 'em, just thought I'd let you know.

Well this generation wouldn't be so thrilled about the "boring" part of Mythology. ^^ They just want fun and action stuff, which Ninjago does perfectly. And also Action Themes never really been an accurate referential of anything familiar in real world.

December 26, 201113 yr Does anyone know if the new individual mini figure packs, specifically Jay ZX, are made of Chinese plastic?
December 26, 201113 yr Does anyone know if the new individual mini figure packs, specifically Jay ZX, are made of Chinese plastic? Confirmed by one of designers: not Chinese. However, some specialty pieces can only be made in the Chinese factory, but that's no different from any set. The headpiece i think, is Chinese because of the painting. Nothing else. I've got the freebie kendo jay pack on the way from shop at home! Says the "crown" IS exclusive, which I'd been curious about.
December 26, 201113 yr The headpiece i think, is Chinese because of the painting. I got the Venomari Shrine for Christmas, and the ninja headpiece is NOT Chinese plastic. (You can tell if a piece is Chinese if it is in a seperate soft plastic bag (like Jack Sparrow's hair in PotC, the alien heads in Alien Conquest, the rock monsters in Power Miners, or the Atlantis treasure keys)). December 26, 201113 yr Just found this out! Season 3 will feature an episode called "Ninja Vs Pirates". Also, the last episode will be called "The Ultimate Spinjitsu Master, which may mean 2013 is NinjaGo's last year
December 26, 201113 yr Just found this out! Season 3 will feature an episode called "Ninja Vs Pirates". Also, the last episode will be called "The Ultimate Spinjitsu Master, which may mean 2013 is NinjaGo's last year Isn't 2012 season one, thus 2014 would be season three.
December 26, 201113 yr (You can tell if a piece is Chinese if it is in a seperate soft plastic bag (like Jack Sparrow's hair in PotC, the alien heads in Alien Conquest, the rock monsters in Power Miners, or the Atlantis treasure keys)). No, that's just to keep the printing safe.
December 27, 201113 yr No, that's just to keep the printing safe. I don't think so. Why, then, is the ninja headpiece not in such a bag, but the Kingdoms horse head-armor (which has no printing) is; cows are, but horses, pigs, cats, and dogs are not. I think that some complex or rare parts and prints are made in China to save money. Also, in the Ninjago spinner sets (that are made in China) the pieces are packaged in the same type of soft plastic bag as the special parts and prints. That is why I think that that such parts are made in China. Edited December 27, 201113 yr by Legoman273

December 27, 201113 yr 2012 is Season 2. So you mean that the two ninja V.S skeleton episodes were the first season, or have ninja V.S snake episodes already aired?
