Am I the only one to think NRG Zane looks like he´s wearing a pajama? Besides that, these look great, thanks.

Now that you mention it, it does looks a bit like pajamas in a way.

Me too. I need Lloyd ZX. And seeing how awesome both mentioned figs are, I can't wait for Lloyd NRG (which will probably happen after Lloyd battles his father, and makes him good again. Just a wild idea).

Thanks for the pictures. I'm only a casual Ninjago person. I like some of the figures, but I don't buy the sets. And I don't follow the show at all. The new NRG figures are quite nice and I just may have to get them to add to my collection. The new snake people look cool, but I don't know if I would have a use for them.

Yeah, I'm wanting the ZX Ninjas. NRG's... eh. Since they're spinner pack exclusives, I'll probably pass (still don't want to pay the money for them).

Along with the ZX Ninjas, I'm wanting the Snake Generals and their staffs, and the maybe the Fang Blades. That's my goal this time around.

is there any news about "elemental" ninjas? I've just got words that they will be out this summer (tnx to Bogdan, "Prvi svog imena" here on Eurobriks)

If I've missed them here on topic, plz redirect me :)

I went out this morning to buy the vampire castle at Toys R Us, but came back with the epic dragon battle instead. Like others have said, the dragon is nothing great, I love the minifigures though. THe Great Devourer and prison are pretty cool as well. I built the Samuri X Mech yesterday and was a little disappointed by it. It really could have used some articulation at the elbows and knees. It's still a pretty cool set though. I still have Lasha's bite cycle to build, then I'll have a wait until my Lego shop order arrives middle of next week.

To WhiteFang, I was looking at the review index and 2521 Lightning Dragon Battle isn't on the list of sets. Unless I just completely missed it. Just letting you know.

*snip*

Those are from LEGO Universe, it's concept art for stuff that was never released, due to LU being shut down. I posted it a while back.

EDIT: I posted it here, I didn't create that gorgeous artwork. Wish I had that kind of drawing talent, though. :cry_sad:

I have it. If anyone wants, I'll review it.

SO I got the Samurai Mech yesterday for only $45 at TRU. It's a decent price when you consider that Lego could have easily made it $445 or even $50 if they wanted to.

Overall, it's a really neat little set, and the Serpentine are cute in a twisted sort of way. My only gripes are that Samurai X can't actually stand while driving and that it has no knees.

I have it. If anyone wants, I'll review it.

Oh, yes please.

It's already unboxed and built though. Still interested? And BTW, using the legs from the CM Leprechaun you can make show Lloyd.

Can't you just take it apart? Also, I suggest you use Lloyd's legs that comes with the set for the review.

I actually was talking about customising a fig from a different set. But anyway, I think I'll just say what I remember about the build.

I'm like you, but the opposite when it comes to minifigs. I like how the good guys look, but I don't think I'd have a use for them. On the other hand, I'm very intrigued by the Serpentine (that's how they are called, right?).

I didn't like Lord Garmadon and his undead soldiers that much, but I've been wanting reptilian people for a while, and these guys go beyond my expectations. I didn't except Lego would pull off such a variety of minifigs! The whole "5 tribes" (well, 4 tribes and 1 guy  ) thing is a great vehicle for variety. Actually, I think these guys are the most varied non human bad guys group Lego has made, at least in recent times.

Fixed the grammar, I was in a hurry yesterday. Man, so many typos. :P

Guys you should really search Ebay right now; Theres a few Lloyd ZX minifigs listed! I got the keychain version ordered for 14 euros.

Also some advice; Don't Bricklink Pythor unless you want to spend 60$.

My suggestion; Get the Ultra Sonic Raider :classic:

I uncovered two new key chains -

'Lance' said he ordered the Llyod key chain from eBay. :classic:

I actually think the key chain looks really cool. If it's ever on clearence, I'll order it.

Some great photos of the Ninjago Miniland's grand opening can be seen here. I continue to be impressed seeing in detail how some parts of the attraction were built. From YouTube videos alone I couldn't appreciate how well details like the sails of the Destiny's Bounty and the rotors of the Rattlecopter were scaled up. The Bounty also gives me some ideas about how I might scale it back down into a minifigure-scale show-accurate Bounty, something I've been attempting for some time on LDD.

Any more pics? That's barely half of the stuff that was there :/
