Dannylonglegs Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Sharkling? So they're not were-sharks, right? ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Flare Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 As far as I know they are sharklings and there is no such thing as weresharks. But you might be able to get away with it if you really wanted Quote
Flipz Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 AFAIK, Metasimians and Sharklings are unique species and are not considered werefolk. Quote

But you might be able to get away with it if you really wanted I don't. I was just making sure. Odds are the party won't fight him anyways, it's just for a gag mostly. AFAIK, Metasimians and Sharklings are unique species and are not considered werefolk. Thanks! I was just checking. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited April 30, 2013 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Zepher Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Sharklings are great. I wish I had the parts for Gurnam so badly. I've never used bricklink before... bit I might have to over the summer. Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Sharklings are great. I wish I had the parts for Gurnam so badly. I've never used bricklink before... bit I might have to over the summer. Dude. I've placed four orders in the last week... I'm not addicted or anything. I just need some parts. Quote
Zepher Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Yes, well I imagine that you also have an income of some sort. That's what I'm missing! It won't stop me though. Chima is getting bought for sure (those lion figures are beautiful, and I need a Wereraven). I'm going to try MOCing again for the first time in a long time, too, so I need some nice castle parts. And I want to order Scupperer (Scuba, I blame you for that purchase). Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Yes, well I imagine that you also have an income of some sort. Well, actually.... Not really. But my wife does give me an allowance. Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I'd say careful what you wish for but I think that's Skrall's line. Quote
Darth Nihilus Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 "Well I agree. But let's see if I can find some treasure as well." Sir Brickington digs his shovel in as well. The party really wants to break that bridge, apparently. Quote
Brickington Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 The party really wants to break that bridge, apparently. No, I just want some loot or treasure. Quote
-obelix- Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 The party really wants to break that bridge, apparently. Only individuals in the party want that, some of us just want to do our jobs as heroes. No, I just want some loot or treasure. You already got a nice sword and Skyrimguy got a piece of Mithril, so to both of you - don't be greedy! Quests aren't just about getting the most loot... Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 You already got a nice sword and Skyrimguy got a piece of Mithril, so to both of you - don't be greedy! Quests aren't just about getting the most loot... Have you ever met Docken? Quote
-obelix- Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Have you ever met Docken? Unfortunately no, but hopefully I will, sometime in the future... /*Enjoying a quest and getting good loot were not consulted in the making of this post!*/ Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Have you ever met Docken? But I have to say that if I were QMing that quest, I would say something like, You try to dig through a stone bridge and bend your Shovel, rendering it useless. The Shovel can be repaired by a Blacksmith at the cost of 10 Gold., or I might go with, You dig right through the bridge and fall down onto the street below, breaking multiple bones. Your HP is reduced to 1 and your max HP is decreased by 5 for the duration of the quest. My quests tend to reward players for thinking outside the box, but I will also penalize them if they don't use a little common sense first. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 And I want to order Scupperer (Scuba, I blame you for that purchase). Sorry. Although the version I used was the brickforge one, but it doesn't really matter, they're only slightly different. Quote
Quarryman Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 You already got a nice sword and Skyrimguy got a piece of Mithril, so to both of you - don't be greedy! Quests aren't just about getting the most loot... That's correct, they're also about getting XP. Quote
CMP Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Sorry. Although the version I used was the brickforge one, but it doesn't really matter, they're only slightly different. I thought Scupperer was the standard Uruk blade while Shiver was a BrickWarriors Dervish Blade. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Nihilus, how are you selling a Stag Shield? Your inventory lists a Fauxthril Shield (SP: 7). Quote
Scubacarrot Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 (edited) I meant Official: Brickforge: as you can see, slightly different. Edited April 30, 2013 by Scubacarrot Quote

Indeed it looks like common sense has become a rarity these days... Quote
Darth Nihilus Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 (edited) Nihilus, how are you selling a Stag Shield? Your inventory lists a Fauxthril Shield (SP: 7). I haven't updated my sig inventory (probably should get around to that actually ) since before I started Quest #...34 I think? The "Save My Brother" Quest. Other things that I got on that Quest and never updated into my sig include 100 GP and a Lute, which I am also selling. My sig also says I'm still a Black Knight, even though I switched classes to Assassin. EDIT: It also says I'm only Lvl 15, even though by the end of that Quest I was Lvl 16.5. Scubacarrot Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 You should make a post in the Heroica Statistics thingy. Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Dyric, lead friends. Maybe party should knock. You're all too considerate, Boomingham would have just kicked the door in, no questions asked. Quote
