In all seriousness, though, I'd love to hear your thoughts on if Arthur's improved as a character since then.

Less annoying, more mature. Feels like natural pubescent progression. ;)

Just a side note, in case you haven't been reading 102, go do it now. It's got some of the best party interactions I've seen in a while.

I'm not going to post my two quests up yet, since I want there to be enough players for the awesomely cool Halloween Anthology quests.

Also, Elphaba will not be appearing this Halloween, but Dain Almight should be ready to put up a new, permanent shop to the Marketplace soon.

Also also, the Grogmas Event for this year will be a Decamon Tournament. And I promise it won't last until April this time.

Can you PLEASE post them after the Halloween quests are over? I am not sure I have ever played in a Sandy hosted quest, or at least not in a long, long time.

I'll post them when there is enough players available in the Hall again.

My university decided to make some massive hardware changes and upgrades to their network access points over the summer, and now my internet (both wired and wireless) has been down almost daily for long periods of time over the past couple weeks. Today is a particularly bad case. :sceptic:

No problem. I know it's tough.

When we've had enough you'll hear about it.

"Arrghghghr!!! I'm dying here! Lynne, give me a heal!"

Orel attacks youngling B front row. If Leofwein is healed, he attacks the Mother from the front row. If not he does nothing.

Potion? :look:

Aw... But yay!

Yay! Still waiting to get some decamon cards though...

Sorry 105ers, I'm currently juggling about 7 different sets: expect updates by this afternoon!

Going away today; will be away until Sunday (Probably. Might end up being Monday) and won't be able to post. Sorry! If we get past the PM segments before I get back, you guys can use Em in 105 how you see fit.

Woohooo

Potion?

Oh, oops... haha I forgot I had one. Endgame I'll pay you back my potion for that.

Now I know what Zepher felt like when Scupperer got outclassed by Ignis Fatuus.

Quest 113's spear, which will be dropping from the current battle.

I've never understood why, in a setting where magic exists and necromancy is possible, cremation is not the standard method of dealing with dead bodies...

That is an awesome idea. I think that the main issue is that we base most of the evolution of society in fantasy off the evolution of our own society, whereas if necromancy had been around for hundreds of years, we would probably do things totally differently... in way more ways than just cremation (though that is an awesome example).

I may wind up quickly regretting it.

My thinking was essentially that this was a purely optional battle that the Heroes would only have accessed if they were curious, and it's not like there's a lot of loot dropping this quest. Hence a little bit of special loot here. I don't think any of it is OP though.

I thought that was why Pongcanis eat their opponents' bodies? Or was that just Vonnetate's reasoning?

Oh, it's fair enough loot; I'm not saying it's overpowered or anything, I'm saying it's virtually identical to (and 4 WP stronger than, at that) the Gladiator Tridents owned by Arthur, Hoke, Thormanil, and Romulus. :poke:

I think Miderun brought this up in Quest 110. It would make a lot more sense.

Quest 113's spear, which will be dropping from the current battle.

I thought so, just wanted to confirm. If I recall the Gladiator Tridents were dirt cheap though. :look:

I guess 150 gold is pretty cheap for a WP 11 Bleeding spear.

Wow! Lind got himself a freakish amount of gold and experience from that quest. :oh:

Certainly at the time. Now, probably not as much so.

It did Come up as societal differences between the races and religions. Basing vindsval's beliefs off of the beliefs of the Norse put him on the side of cremation as well.

Forgive me if I'm not reading right, but wasn't something meant to happen when Lupine reached 1425 health ?
