Asphalt Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 ok, how about, what would Vindsval look like as a standard size fig instead of a Bigfig? Quote
Mencot Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Awesome figs Sandy, you do have a great collection of parts. Quote
JimBee Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Thanks for the updated minifig, Sandy! I'll switch the avatar out once there's a realistic point for Jinnipher to get changed. Kiray is awesome and the weapons for Thormy, Namyrra and Warlen are spectacular. Even though I think (?) CallMePie designed the Dragonsbane Lance, it's great to see it equipped and up close. Quote
Palathadric Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Warlen looks amazing. Is Sandy going to literally do everyone? That is the idea. Yes. Quote
Enceladus Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Warlen looks amazing. That is the idea. Yes. That could take a while...not that its a bad idea of course! Quote

LordoftheNoobs Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Y'know, I am curious to see how Grimwald would look as a Necromancer... Quote
Flipz Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) So did I. Then again, Flipz has said he's retiring Arthur plenty of times over the years. Okay, here's how it works: In-universe, Arthur is retired from Heroica the in-game organization. What this effectively means is that he is not under the protection of the Aurora Nôrnalis, and thus will die if he remains Knocked Out at the end of a battle. In OOC terms, Arthur is not retired (he's still a character I'm actively using, as evidenced by my recent trades and by my signing him up for Quest #139), but will be retired once he's completed 15 Quests (or I've hosted 5, whichever comes first) and I can start my second character without deleting Arthur. Hopefully that simplifies things. Quest #140: Requiem for a Machine ~Avina Truenal, Secta Fames, representative of the Order of the Crimson Crown Edited July 12, 2015 by Flipz Quote
CMP Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 After Quest 129 wraps up (writing the next post now, it's a big one) I'm going to show off some of the random meaningless hints I've been dropping and how they tie together. There's a great one that I'm genuinely amazed nobody has stumbled on. Unfortunately this is one of the ones that won't be elaborated on until Quest 140. Quote
Flipz Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Yeah, I'm legitimately surprised that I'm literally the only person who remembered Avina's name from 51. Then again, it's not like I haven't forgotten important details either... Quote
CMP Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Yeah, I'm legitimately surprised that I'm literally the only person who remembered Avina's name from 51. It only showed up maybe twice and only two heroes from that quest are left. I actually suspected that one would be forgotten. Quote

But Arthur cannot sign into any quests if he's not a member of Heroica. And again, the Aurora Nôrnalis cannot prevent people from dying, they just make it extremely unlikely, allowing the heroes to survive against incredible odds. Quote
The Chosen Minifigure Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Ok fellow questees, I'm getting on the plane in about an hour. Won't be active for 20-40 hours or so. Thanks for your patience. Quote

Purpearljellyblob Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Really loving #136 so far, Purpearljellyblob. Great job . Thanks! Things are just getting warmed up, #136-ers. Quote
Yzalirk Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) Thanks! Things are just getting warmed up, #136-ers. Typically I like to share my thoughts on the end but I am really having blast on Quest #136! I really like the interactions between me and Inki as well as the NPC's. I feel like I have so much responsibility for the communication of the group. The pictures are really amazing too and in the one with the Treant, I really like how you depicted Mhinak with the dark green armor because that's actually what I planned for him to wear when he get's his make-over. Yes, but it would be metagaming if our characters knew that. Edited July 12, 2015 by Lord Duvors Quote

Sandy Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 Yes, but it would be metagaming if our characters knew that. I'm pretty sure the Veterans tell you about the deal when you first enter Heroica. Of course, when the game started, people had no clue about it. Quote
