Professor Flitwick Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Here's to hoping Nagure and Sorrow overrule Arthur. I agree, majority rule should prevail! Quote
Tanma Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Awww. But a TF gun would be so fun! ~Insectoid Aristocrat Oh my Mata-Nui, I think I know what webcomic you are talking about. ...Personally I am good with Sorrow killing the generals, if only because of Karie. I mean, how awkward is that family reunion going to be. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 (edited) I don't know. As much as I want Sorrow to kill them, I also want them to live. I think Patricia would want them in jail too, as is the running rule apparently. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited May 22, 2013 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Flare Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 If the backdoor party does kill Violetta off (which I'm not against), it would be wise to get away from Karie when she realizes what you guys did, and what her relation to Violetta is, er, I mean, was. Just as a heads up. And from the broken heart, Benji will go necromancer althior-style I don't know. As much as I want Sorrow to kill them, I also want them to live. Enough with the debate, let them just die already Quote
Sandy Posted May 22, 2013 Author Posted May 22, 2013 How old is Violetta, Sandy? Just so I can work this through. I haven't specified her age anywhere. She's less than thirty, though. Quote
Flare Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I agree, majority rule should prevail! But how do they decide whose ruling should prevail? If they chose for majority rule by the ruling of majority, then welcome to the infinite loop I haven't specified her age anywhere. She's less than thirty, though. Ooh, Benji's age Quote
JimBee Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Does a hero have to act in order to remove the stunned effect? Quote
Zepher Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Pandora, we just cross-posted and Nyx and Boomingham used the same affectionate name for each other. And essentially said the same thing. Quote

Tanma Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Well they died. I wonder what will happen when the three of them stumble into Karie. My guess is the hijinks will ensue. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Does a hero have to act in order to remove the stunned effect? I would think so; enemies don't remove the Stunned effect until they either get to deal a Free Hit or a hero targets them and rolls Damage or Special Damage. Quote
CMP Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 That was way too anti-climatic, now I'm sure Donny and Violetta are gonna show up again... Quote
UsernameMDM Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 That was way too anti-climatic, now I'm sure Donny and Violetta are gonna show up again... Hopefully not. The best characters have their run and are over. Blaze of glory and all that... Quote
Flare Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 That was way too anti-climatic, now I'm sure Donny and Violetta are gonna show up again... All that is needed is a necromancer... Quote
Zepher Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I think Nyx and Boomers are just affecting each other after all this time. And yeah, we're destroying the Wolfgang in one quest. I love it. Quote
Pandora Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Pandora, we just cross-posted and Nyx and Boomingham used the same affectionate name for each other. And essentially said the same thing. Aaawww, it just shows how their relationship has grown! Quote
CMP Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Hopefully not. The best characters have their run and are over. Blaze of glory and all that... They never had their blaze of glory. They got their butts handed to them in both their respective Quests, and the Wolfgang is the faction the plot revolves around, I believe. I just find it hard to believe Ulric's three best generals all die in the same Quest. Reno had an awesome death. He died trying to complete a plan that would've changed the face of the Bonapartes forever, where Ulric hasn't even shown his face yet. Quote
Sandy Posted May 22, 2013 Author Posted May 22, 2013 Does a hero have to act in order to remove the stunned effect? Technically yes, since all heroes who aren't knocked out have to be listed in the battle order. But the action will be "recovering from stunned" no matter what. Quote

Zepher Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Some people in the world aren't all that impressive. Maybe Donny and Violetta just died doing something they couldn't accomplish. I like it. Quote

I just find it hard to believe Ulric's three best generals all die in the same Quest. Remember that both Donny and Violetta already had the option of getting killed in their respective quests, but the heroes chose otherwise on both times. Even now there was a chance to save them, but two out of the three heroes in the party decided against it, so Patricia put them to the sword. Actions must have consequences. Otherwise there wouldn't be a point in this being an interactive game. Quote

What if the plan was to get Baba started, and thats all Ulric needed them for? Maybe the plot is still in motion Edited May 22, 2013 by Flare Quote
