Capt.JohnPaul Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Meanwhile, Alexandre prays a silent prayer of relief as he is luckily not in the Hall anymore. Quote
TheBoyWonder Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 That was a strange turn of events. Romulus goes from oddly quite to furious, Karie is now silent, and Johon is yet again angry as Drake somehow found a stone. I'm just going to assume he opened the door, then threw a stone. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Drake broke the doors, remember. Is it too far fetched to think that Drake is just constantly on drugs? It would explain a lot... Quote

Still wouldn't explain how he just walked out of being tied to a tree. Is he a ghost too!? ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Scubacarrot Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 He obviously wobbled from side to side until he fell down, then cut the rope by some conveniently nearby sharp metal. I don't know. Magic? Quote
Kintobor Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Still wouldn't explain how he just walked out of being tied to a tree. Is he a ghost too!? ~Insectoid Aristocrat First of all, we never tied him to the tree. I decided it would be completely stupid to try and tie Drake to the tree and squiggle naughty things on his face if the intention was for people to see it.Also, I'm pretty sure that Drake runs on cartoon logic. He's essentially (oh god, I'm going to be murdered for saying this) this universe's Pinkie. His logic makes perfect sense to him, but to everyone else, he's just "Drake". Quote

Palathadric Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Hey, Brickdoctor, any interest in an Ambrosia? Pretzel and Erdathcath ("Erdy") bring back some good memories 6 months of Flare torture? Never again! Quote
Flipz Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 I honestly have Drake on my forum "ignore" list. If he tries to interact with Arthur, canonically it doesn't actually happen, and I'll just ignore anything he tries to do. He's shown zero respect for other players' roleplaying at all, so in my book his character doesn't exist. Just for the record, it takes a lot to make me do that to someone. A lot. Quote
Palathadric Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 What does aoe damage actually stand for. I first thing that always pops into my mind is "Age of Empires". Quote
Brickdoctor Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Hey, Brickdoctor, any interest in an Ambrosia? I'm not sure. QMs often try to get around my SP, so more might not always be better against stronger enemies, and in other cases, my current HP is often enough. I also prefer not to become to reliant on consumables that aren't readily available, so I think right now I prefer Mulled Wine to Ambrosia. If I have a consumable that isn't readily available, I usually don't apply it until I'm in a battle, by which time I usually don't want to waste a Turn to use it. Maybe I'd buy one...depending on how much you want. Quote

Endgame Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Really, though, Sorrow has been epic this Quest, he really managed to nail pretty much everything he hit for instant kills, and even when he didn't Assassinate, it still hurt. There has literally only been 3 enemies in this quest he wasn't completely able to obliterate. I stacked him. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Say, 60? The price is fair, I'm just not sure if it's a consumable I want to spend Gold on, considering that I don't play a Gold-gaining class and usually have a lot of expenses... Quote
Flare Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Hey everyone, just pretend Drake doesn't exist, ignore anything he does to you or whatever, and then maybe he'll learn the lesson. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Guts the male human Rogue likes to sail his ship around for pleasure. Nerwen the elven Cleric offered it's use as a smuggler's ship. Please rename it the Millennium Falcon. Quote
Flipz Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Nerwen is just so interesting, she always makes decisions you wouldn't expect of her. Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 If only sarge was in the hall right now he would be like this: Sarge rubbed his hands at the anger and pure stupidity of the other heroes. He gives a smug smile, takes a deep breath, and shouts "Fight!!" Sarge then sits back, relaxes and lets the chaos ensue. But then again, 64 is the bees knees. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 I don't think it would be chaos. Most likely just anyone who bothered to fight beating up xxlrocka. Quote
xxlrocka Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Drake will try and get everybody to notice him. He's that one of a kind character who will do anything if he wants to, unless he's in a battle of sorts. In which case, he will focus on what he's supposed to be doing, and he will try his best to do it right and if he doesn't then he goes into some state of depression that lasts until he gets drunk again. In short, he can do whatever he wants until he gets drunk and falls asleep. After that, he will stay in some dark corner of the hall for some while before going back to business again, and the cycle repeats. Also, next up in the Drake timeline is his discovery of a ship that can fly, which he promptly uses as a home/transportation vehicle. Quote

Brickdoctor Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 You did get it on a quest for the Falconer. There you go, it makes perfect sense. Also, make sure to install hidden compartments below the lower deck (There's a section there for ballast usually, right? Not too familiar with the smaller ships of this era.), and definitely hire a Pongcanis first mate. Quote
