Zepher Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Sorry all, as I said, Sundays are my 12 hour work day (I get an hour long break, huzzah!) but my week is usually just 4 hours a day if that much, so after today 68, we'll chug along, and Endgame, I'll be there full force! Quote
Palathadric Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Gloves always should be handwear. Otherwise its not a glove It could be a glove that you keep in your pocket...you know, for luck... Doc, I want to see you in the next Mafia game. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Doc, I want to see you in the next Mafia game. I want to play them again, too, but when I play them, I end up checking EB even more often than I already do, and I have spreadsheets of all the players, and I spend more time hitting refresh for the mafia forum than doing anything else on EB... I know we joke about there being no life outside of EB, but when I play mafia, it's like taking my insane activity on EB and raising that to even more ridiculous levels. Heroica's a little slower-paced and easier for me to check in on throughout the day, so for the past several months I've preferred just to QM and play Heroica as far as games on EB. Quote
Scorpiox Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 I want to play them again, too, but when I play them, I end up checking EB even more often than I already do, and I have spreadsheets of all the players, and I spend more time hitting refresh for the mafia forum than doing anything else on EB... I know we joke about there being no life outside of EB, but when I play mafia, it's like taking my insane activity on EB and raising that to even more ridiculous levels. That plus my natural dislike for having to lie are why I no longer take part in Mafia Games. The maxim 'No dinner during Mafia' is often painfully true for me. Quote
Zepher Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 They're intense, that's for sure. I make sure to take breaks... but I also love tricking people and Mafia is the perfect outlet for it. On another note: guess who got off of work due to scheduling oversights!! This guy. Let's move these quests along, my loves. Quote
Endgame Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Onwards, to glory! And death by gator! Which, to me, is the exact same thing! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Tesni v. King's Ghost - Shield/Damage (??? Damage? No Damage? Still confused about Aura a little. Does Atramor ABSORB the damage, or is the hit itself redirected towards him? The first way actually gains him damage, but the second does not. I'd say that counter wouldn't work if its the second way though... very confused. Aura is a weird ability. ) It's redirected. I didn't pay too much attention to the current stats there, but if the Damage wouldn't affect Atramor if he himself had rolled it, it has no effect during Aura, even if it would have affected Tesni. (On the other hand, even if it wouldn't have affected Tesni, it can still affect Atramor.) Quote
Peppermint_M Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Mead is a kind of honey/wild fruits wine. It is quite sweet and was once also thought of as a holy drink in druidic and viking traditions. A muse for the bard as it were. Quote
Sandy Posted June 2, 2013 Author Posted June 2, 2013 Yeah, seriously Zepher. Ugh. It's not Zepher, it's me. You'll get your pitch on the Quest Board after I get some sleep. There's going to be another quest posted tomorrow as well, by Joeschmoe, who has decided to test his wings as a QM. Good luck, buddy! Quote
Flipz Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Another 20-minute break in the schedule, huzzah! (Might be closer to 10 this time, though. ) Are there any healers in the Hall right now? Flipz might've worked but he was right back out on the next Quest, so I think the only high-Level healer left is...the character played by the QM of the quest we want to get onto. I doubt my character would survive another Zepher Quest. I'm saving up for the ultimate final finale Quest of his. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 (edited) I got a Phoenix Incense from the Fields and a few other consumables, too, and I'll probably grab a couple more before we leave. You're probably right; we should be fine. Though a Druid would've been nice no matter how many consumables we have. MegaBlokin' Dannylonglegs decided to leave on another quest. Hey, I was under the impression that he wouldn't be hosting it until after his current quest was finished. Mead is a kind of honey/wild fruits wine. It is quite sweet and was once also thought of as a holy drink in druidic and viking traditions. A muse for the bard as it were. I've actually brewed mead before. It didn't work very well, but the carbonated Honey-juice that I got on day 6 was actually astoundingly good. I was under the impression that the ice armour scroll was automatically successful. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited June 2, 2013 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Good luck joeschmoe! You don't realize what you got yourself in to. Now you can try the other half of the game. Quote
Cutcobra Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Now to see how evil Joeschmoe will get as a QM... Quote
Rumble Strike Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Good luck Joe! You have a keen eye for the battle calculations so I'm sure you'll do fine. Quote
joeshmoe554 Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Thanks for the wishes of luck. I'll probably need it. Now to see how evil Joeschmoe will get as a QM... I figure my first quest was hosted by Endgame so given that inspiration I'll probably be just as nice and gentle a QM as he is. Quote

Endgame Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 I figure my first quest was hosted by Endgame so given that inspiration I'll probably be just as nice and gentle a QM as he is. Blood. There will be blood. There isn't any chance a Level 20 Undead Assassin could go on it, is there? Quote

Endgame Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 So, you're saying in a roundabout way, I'm the Stealer of Senses...? Be right back, avatar swap! Quote
Shoker86 Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 (edited) So, you're saying in a roundabout way, I'm the Stealer of Senses...? Be right back, avatar swap! How to put it, yes . "Always two there are, no more, no less: a master and an apprentice." Yoda Edited June 2, 2013 by Shoker86 Quote
Zepher Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Endgame, two players from class 56 turned into Quest masters. Master and two aprentices Oh dear, I feel competitive now. Who wants to study at my feet? Quote
