Wedge09 Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Sorry, I never remember how to price items from quests -Giant Club (WP:8, Suitable for Barbarians) is 80 gold -Great Sword (WP: 3) is 30 gold this prices are right? Quote

When you buy a weapon, it costs WP*10. When you sell a weapon, it costs WP*5. Thats the general rule Quote
Wedge09 Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Therefore they became -Giant Club (WP:8, Suitable for Barbarians) is 40 gold -Great Sword (WP: 3) is 15 gold right? Quote
Palathadric Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Therefore they became -Giant Club (WP:8, Suitable for Barbarians) is 40 gold -Great Sword (WP: 3) is 15 gold right? But you can sell it to heroes for more than that. For example, if a hero wanted to buy a WP: 8 Club he would have to buy a Fauxtril one and upgrade it so it would be 50 + 60 + 70 + 80 gold or 260 gold. You can still sell it for 40 gold if you want, but you could sell it also for much higher if you find someone willing to buy it. It's up to you though. Quote
herrJJ Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Wohoo, never thought I would have the patience to get Nessa to level 15. Now the hard part begins -.- Quote
Palathadric Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 I doubt any hero would buy the Great Sword so you may as well sell it for 15 gold to Anwyl. Quote
Palathadric Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 The SP is tied directly to the item, sorry. I'm kind of surprised DLL didn't catch it when the SP on the shield dropped to 7. But if the damage to the shield is permanent than CJP should have a heck of a lot less SP after his bout with Sylph in the arena. I think it should last only one battle, but Endgame created the bow. Quote
CMP Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Nothing in the Arena is ever permanent (except for those who for whatever reason use items). It's different for heroes vs heroes and heroes vs enemies anyway. Do you think slapping Dreyrugr with your Steak would actually kill him? Of course not, and it's a similar situation here. Quote
Palathadric Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 (edited) It wouldn't kill him?! I cry foul play!!! But yeah, I get your logic. I hate Sylph. Edited June 21, 2013 by Palathadric Quote

Flipz Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Hey, Endgame, your favorite... @67: Wow, an enemy with 3221105 health?! That's nuts! Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 It wouldn't kill him?! I cry foul play!!! But yeah, I get your logic. I hate Sylph. It's all fine and dandy to hate Sylph (even I do on occasion), but I had no Idea that the item's SP would decrease. This gives me a good idea for the future though. We let Dreyrugr steal all of our enemies' items before fighting the greatly weakened itemless foes. And Lootwise, I don't really mind that none of the items fit me... I really like this robe... Brickdoctor Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 You tempt me going Warden, damn , I like both the warden and the hunter and I'm so undecided Warden is only better than Hunter if you have good defense. Don't be the Warden with no SP, because you're going to get steamrolled. (I think it was Volcanic that did that?) Quote

(I think it was Volcanic that did that?) It happened to Benji, actually when I first had Benji as a warden I didn't realize that he could use a shield (yeah pretty dumb wasn't I )!! Quote
Flipz Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Yeah, Hunter is definitely the way to go for Alexander, if it's a choice between Warden and Hunter. Hunter can still be a lesser tank (thanks to the number of decent SP-granting Artifacts that are suitable for Barbarians), but it's invaluable as an offensive powerhouse. Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 (edited) "Hmmm. A group of knights, or a sort of knights guild would be good. Ha! We could even base it around this round table!?" And so It begins. Edited June 21, 2013 by Pyrovisionary Quote

Thansk for the suggestions, about this I was thinking for a long time I was thinking how made a new minifig for Alexander after he goes hunter too; I love so much my first fig that I don't want to eliminate it but I need one new for the new class, right? Basically the way to fight of Alexander would change very little, any suggestions how improve my minifig? Quote
Brickdoctor Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Well, if you can get a shield that's around SP: 12 or so, Warden's not a bad option. Problem is that Warden is typically an expensive class. You need high SP, you need lots of HP-restoring consumables, you probably want to get a weapon that deals a crippling Effect, you need artifacts with immunities, you need Counterstrike Gloves, and neither class that you can come from is a Gold-gaining class. Basically the way to fight of Alexander would change very little, any suggestions how improve my minifig? You don't have to change it if you don't want to. The only change I made for Docken when I advanced to Warden was to remove the cape and add a shield. Quote
Kintobor Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 And so It begins. As long as it's not my table! Quote

Brickdoctor Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 You can use my table. But it's prone to tipping over. Quote
