Dammnit! I appear solely responsible for all the mad love in the hall! :cry_sad:

I wonder if Uland is currently in it's spring equivalent, a time when all the heroes feel the urge to go out and continue the hero species. Maybe we will get to see two hero males trying to impress a female hero, perhaps by plumage or rare physical power. Thank goodness De'kra lacks the potential for anything beyond friendship, it might just keep him safe from this madness.

Well, Arthur is probably safe, considering that the real person who plays him (me) has absolutely zero skill in this area. Whatsoever. Seriously, it's actually kinda depressing. *Pulls out notebook and starts taking notes for personal use.*

Dek'ra's got it right - this is a plague. :look:

Here is something to consider, how did Wren know about Jess and Haldor? I don't think it was mentioned out loud, and while Wren seemed to know what was going on in her arena how did she already have those riddles about them prepared? It wasn't a major discussion in the Hall at the time, yet Wren knew all about it. How?

Likewise the Hall seems different now. We have Knights, Barbarians, and Clerics arguing over shared points of interest, and Haldor and Jess both seem a little dazed and distracted: not as focused as before. They aren't completely crippled, but the Hall is suffering with so many strong members distracted.

Now I am not implying that Wren engineered a love plague to distract Heroica and cause chaos among the Heroes...but that is exactly what I am implying.

No, Wren discovered the art of planewalking, jumped into the real world, and used a meta strategy: she released the love plague on EB members, causing the associated heroes to become lovestruck and lovesick.:tongue::tongue:

This is priceless. :laugh_hard:

How nice of you to leave poor Byblos out of the equation, Metasimian-Racist!

Byblos should consider himself lucky! You know what they say about orcish maidens! :enough::tongue:

Byblos and Finnegan anyone? :sick::devil:

Nah, that would never work. Byblos is the NPC librarian, while Finnegan is an imaginary friend invisible butler owned by a player character. Finnegan and McCafferey on the other hand...

 Hey, you never know what McCafferey looks like outside of chicken form. Not that she has any others. :look:

Per astra ad aspera, Through hardships to the stars. Is it a sci-to thing and you found pod 7???

Ding ding ding! That face is exclusive to me, it's the face of the pilot from Pod 7...whose name is AJR7. Arthur Justus Regulus VII (7).

Even though technically I said you had to guess before I posted the pic, if I manage to get any good loot on my next Quest, expect a small token of reward.

EDIT: Also, how does Brickdoctor and several others do that nifty tooltip thing in their signatures? I'd really like to try it for mine, mke it less cluttered.

You use the Acronym feature.

Be warned that this tends to annoy QMs. I only use it because my sig is already massive.

I take responibility for the epicdemic, feel free to lynch me and burn my body to destroy the infection. But it has already spread t0 Jess, Althior, and Alexis, with Leo and Dak are showing the first symptoms!

Soon the town watch will be handing out gas masks and bottled water! But the hall is now a epicentre for the disease, and will have to be razed to the ground.

Game Over. :jollyroger:

All apples will be sterlized of course, including soft, bruised ones. Rotten apples will be burned to destroy infection. Stay in your homes, curfew is now in place. Heroica hall is schedualed for demolition as it carries the infection. All heroes who have been in the hall recently will be terminated and their bodies burnt to prevent spread of infection. Gas masks will available at the marketplace, bottled water will also be handed out. Quarantine is in place, anyone attempting to leave Eubric will be terminated and their body will be burnt. Stay in your homes and await further instruction, the town wat-*static*

Game Over. :jollyroger:

Pie started it too, if Atramor hadn't helped Althior get Alexis none of this would have happened.

Please! Atramor mouthed to Althior to not do any mouthing! How does that help?

Byblos and Finnegan anyone? :sick::devil:

Finnegan just turned green. :laugh_hard:

Nah, that would never work. Byblos is the NPC librarian, while Finnegan is an imaginary friend invisible butler owned by a player character. Finnegan and McCafferey on the other hand...

Please! Finnegan is waiting for a she aura! :roflmao:

Now Scorpiox, you didn't start this, Zeph did when he hit on Ellaria at the very beginning of the game. Besides, you may have started it, but I endorsed it.

I think this is obvious, but I am a little thick today. When the Mystic Knight does his 'weapon upgrade' Is that permanent? Just wondering because it it may sway my decision from just Black Knight and Warden to 3 choices. Probably stay with my current weapons( Shield and Sword).

It says the effect is permanent in the description already. Of course, the upgrade is weapon-specific, and will not transfer to another equipment. You also won't lose the upgrades when you change classes, since it's permanent.

I have to say, while Boomingham does like to hit on just about everyone, I'd hate to see him succeed with another hero. I don't think anyone in the hall is his match. These matches gotta make sense, flattering each other isn't enough to actually fall in love.

Dance of blades. Neat sidestep of the row rules there Sandy!

Firewall. Is that for next five melee attacks or any attacks, even harpoons and shuriken?

Actually........

"No, honest to god, it happened!" laughed Lord Lawrence Boomingham. The two ladies, who had introduced themselves as Shadina and Nyx, on either side laughed, either with him or at him, it really didn't matter to him.

Wow! I completely forgot about that! Ah the good ol' days, back when Finnegan was an idea and Althior was a real pain in the @ss.

Actually, I was wondering about that myself. Does the 50% damage reduction from being in the back row apply to this, as well?

Tesni roared and rushed at the Caravan Captain from the front row, knowing her faithful blade could make short work of her foe. "By the power of Cysgodion and the Hightribe!" she shouted.

(OoC: As it seems a lot of actions happen in my sleep period of 11pm to 7am GMT, please direct Tesni wisely if needs must. I have two Pheonix Essence that can be used in a pinch and a 2x damage bonus with my Darkness element sword that means humans better watch out! I would appreciate being able to play but I do not want to slow you down too much, we can put silence down to the Berserker's way!)

Due to your Berserker-y-ness you have to target the same guy repeatedly so it wouldn't really matter as you'd not have much choice of action... But you'll 1HKO even the Captain so you'll have to pick targets every time you roll Shield, Hit, or Crit!

Hey Sandy, is there something to the Black Knight's Shield roll? It seems more suited to Barbarians than to Knights or Rogues.
