Dragonfire Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Protip, Dragonfire: As a Barbarian, your Natural Restoration Job Trait makes Bedrolls completely useless for you. Thanks. Can I have a refund on the Bedroll? Quote
Scorpiox Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Thanks. Can I have a refund on the Bedroll? I imagine that you could edit your post so that your character never bought it in the first place. Quote
Duvors Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Is it legal for me to ominously enjoy a bowl of chilled monkey brains after Thothwick vanishes mysteriously in the night? If Hoptet finds out he'll mount a strangely familiar head on his wall. Quote
CMP Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 It's Guts and Hybros, don't act like it's not necessary to ensure difficulty. See, I didn't even add enough 0s! Health: 90000/90000... Quote
Endgame Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 (edited) To be perfectly honest, CallMePie, as long as it wasn't Lucky or anything like that, I don't think an enemy with over 9000 HP would be too far out of line. Edited September 29, 2013 by Endgame Quote
JimBee Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 See, I didn't even add enough 0s! Health: 90000/90000... Uh huh. The battle has just started, though. We haven't counted our eggs before they've hatched. Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 @Zepher- I'll get the NPC information for my quests to you sometime. Maybe next weekend, I just need time to go back all those quests ago and organize the characters. Quote
Palathadric Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Triad - Acerpusculum - Heroica Alive, Location Unknown I have to say I very much enjoyed seeing Quest #42 up in the NPC index. Good times! And yes - that is why Sorrow despises ehter cores. He will have a very hard time being a Necromancer. Quote
Flare Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 I have to say I very much enjoyed seeing Quest #42 up in the NPC index. Good times! Glad to hear. My next quest will definitely be including some of those guys (it will be good ) Quote
Zepher Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 If someone would be so kind as the make a banner for Quest 84 (Sandy? BD?) I'd be extremely thankful. And Pala, as I explained, it is going to be too difficult to update every entry for every NPC each time, so their most recent quest will have their most recent info - in this case, Triad was alive at the end of 38, but will be listed as "Dead" when I put together the stuff for 53. Quote
Zepher Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 It does indeed! Thank you! Quest topic in... a few seconds. Quote
Flipz Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Wait, Heinrich Hinckwell is Roderick's father? Kill now, end Quest, get Shadeaux rep. Done deal. Also, I'm quite serious in hoping that 85 gets delayed a bit--I've been wanting to go with Byblos for ages, ever since he was teased, and the Quest itself ties perfectly into Arthur's storylines. Probably won't happen, but hey--a guy can hope, right? Quote

No... be polite, be courteous, perhaps even friendly... wean her off her dark arts. This could be a bold new direction for S.O.W! Rehabilitation!" Oh, so NOW he's being all civil about it? Quote
Zepher Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 (edited) Already a good start. And yes, Henry Hinckwell is the father of Roderick. I need to expand the Great Families - I really want to feature them, but I don't have any of the pieces for their current leaders. EDIT: Huzzah! I've been hoping we'd see the three apprentices again some time! Nice call, CMP. I think they could be further developed. I think it would be a lot of fun if we threw together a bio of every family INCLUDING the characters that don't belong to Sandy. They've got interesting stuff going on too - Henry Hinckwell, both Shawes, Patricia Ziegfried, the Apprentices to the Guild, the Bonaparte Cadets, etc. EDIT II: OH, and of course the Town Watch which is ever growing. Town Watch members I can remember: Captain Patricia, Lieutenant Serevan, Lieutenant Lilith, Lieutenant Paolo, Private Nevron, I know there's more, but I can't remember them. As well, loving the party dynamic already, and we haven't finished a page! Don't worry CMP! I'll try my best to carry on your legacy! Quote
CMP Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Don't worry CMP! I'll try my best to carry on your legacy! Just remember the three tenants of witchood: 1. Wear lots of black. 2. Venom is your best friend. 3. Let no allied NPC live. You're in a Zepher Quest now, there should be pretty of interesting, friendly, unwitting NPCs for you to accidentally off at some point. Quote

Zepher Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Special Mirror. There are also the two privates Arthur and Bert, and that sweaty elf from 40. Wouldn't it be fun to see everyone together? Quote

The Town Watch private named "Arthur" is my character. (Though I've considered letting Arthur "loose" at one point and letting people use him as an NPC while I start a different character. Not yet, though. ) Quote
Kintobor Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 The Syndicate counts as well. You can put Masson and Octavyn on that list as well! I'd love to see everyone from every major group in their own respective images, but good luck with that. Let's not forget the Academy of Enlightenment! *Andrew. (Not really, I'll come up with a more imaginative name for the poor bastard eventually. ) Quote
