The Legonater Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Kintobor, you do realize that if someone coated their lips in poison then they themselves would be poisoned? This is where the rubber lips start to come in. Quote

Kintobor Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 I love how Masson hardly even had to convince you. Karie pretty much convinced herself after seeing Masson's room. Well if someone said "Lets kill the guy who seduced your sister" and had a task force to back his statement up, you'd probably have dinner with him too. Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 You know what I find disturbing about Quest 85? Byblos hasn't even said Ook for almost the entire length of the quest. Quite bleeding right! Quote
Duvors Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Quite bleeding right! That isn't quite what I was trying to say, but okay. Quote
Endgame Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 (edited) I'd look at that person oddly because I don't have a sister. I honestly think Masson wouldn't dare kill Ulric. He'd probably strike him down, shotgun-slash him into submission, (or atleast try, I have no doubt Ulric is a superior fighter to Masson.) and let Patricia skewer him. I get the feeling Karie was already in agreement with Masson partially after Karie's chat with Masson, so. Edited October 14, 2013 by Endgame Quote
Kintobor Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 I still wonder how many people clued in that the wine bottle found in Masson's room was given to him by Karie. And then Boomer's had to ruin it and take a swig of it... Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 (edited) I wish there were more sidequests. Eugene! I still have two wishes left! I find it funny to imagine what would have happen if, after Masson had gone to see karie, another hero had killed him and/or shouted: "Purple spy in the base!" Endgame Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 (edited) 81 will have sidequests... You just have to trigger them Edited October 14, 2013 by Endgame Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 81 will have sidequests... You just have to trigger them And... How pray might I do so? Quote
Endgame Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Well, first you have to get through the into phase. I apologize how long this initial romp through town is taking. There is only one more store after the stall, then you finally will get to go the Stronghold. Quote
joeshmoe554 Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 When the Volatile Venom makes an enemy contagious, is anyone infected by that enemy also contagious? Quote
Endgame Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 No, it does not make inflicted heroes contagious. it is a double-edged sword, but an inexpesnive one at that. Quote
The Legonater Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 (edited) I just went through three different plans in my head assuming at least one of us had some sort of offensive bomb. How exactly did we come this unprepared? On a semi-related note, exactly how do Lamps of Summoning work? I've had one for a while now, but I haven't actually seen them in action. What do they do? Edited October 15, 2013 by The Legonater Quote
The Legonater Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 (edited) EDIT: Gah. Post didn't go into the last one like it was supposed to. Edited October 15, 2013 by The Legonater Quote

What do they do? You can check the Treasury for item effects. Basically it summons an elemental jinn for one battle, three uses. Quote
The Legonater Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 And this Jinn would soak up free hits as well, yes? Quote
CMP Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 And this Jinn would soak up free hits as well, yes? It acts as a regular hero, so yes. Quote
Tachyon Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Wow, the trade for a Wp 10 staff for a Wp 8 Dual strike staff. Nice trade, Palathandric. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 A sage wouldn´t be able to dual strike, and since worth is all relative... Quote
Palathadric Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 (edited) Exactly, it worked out better for the both of us. And we agreed beforehand that I would remove the Diamond, obviously. I just wanted a chance to do that to show Pretzel's poor attempt at being sneaky. Edited October 15, 2013 by Palathadric Quote
Tachyon Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Though I see in no way does he benefit at all......... Oh well, thus we nerf rogues. Quote
Palathadric Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 He gets an upgrade from WP: 8 to WP: 10, which would be 190 gold otherwise. Quote
Tachyon Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 He gets an upgrade from WP: 8 to WP: 10, which would be 190 gold otherwise. For a vanilla staff. Better nerf rogues. Quote
