JimBee Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Just so there's no confusion when reviewing stats, I bought 4 Phoenix Incenses after my trip to the Fields from November last year, and never added them to my inventory (or got lost among the stat updates from QMs I've had since then). If there are no objections I'll just add them to my inventory after 98 concludes. Quote
Cutcobra Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Out of curiosity, what's the difference between Red Assassins and Blue Assassins? Quote
CMP Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Out of curiosity, what's the difference between Red Assassins and Blue Assassins? Red Assassins are a very organized and devoted force while the representation of Blue Assassins varies. Quote
Flipz Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 I really hope people are listening to the music links, it took a surprising amount of effort to choose them. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Out of curiosity, what's the difference between Red Assassins and Blue Assassins? Red Assassins were thoughtfully developed and fleshed out by WBD, while Blue Assassins were thrown together with no real explanatory backstory as a one-time semi-random encounter by yours truly. Flipz Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Kinto, I will begin work on a Zookeeper Expert Class immediately. Actually, on second thought, it should be called Shepherd, and should be offered as an EC by the Sheep Tribe... Quote

Actually I handled Crimson Crown, different from Red Assassins. Though I did include the first mention of them with the Cloak of the Red Assassin, Zepher has done most of the work though I think. I didn't remember the name Crimson Crown; I just remembered you did a quest with a shadowy organization which wore red, and I knew you introduced the cloak. Quote
StickFig Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Protip: if there's a blue LEGO piece next to the topic, that means there's new posts since the last time you've opened the topic; if you click on said blue brick, it will take you to the first post in the topic that you haven't read. Well, I learned something new today... Been wishing for an easier way to do that for weeks. Thanks Flipz! Quote
Flipz Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Pie, I think the Essence action should have gone through--healing actions/items still get used after the last hit of the battle. I'm about 90% certain the Essence would have gone through if it had been used on a party member, so it should have gone through on U'Reeka as well. Quote

But it wouldn't've had any effect here anyway. Party made their choice. Quote

Zepher Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 I will pay good money for the Crimson Haze, someone. I want to be able to deal lots of lingering damage. It was Boomingham's only "thing", than it became common place, so he has to be good at it too now. Quote
Flipz Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 (edited) I would pay good money for a decent spear that deals bonus damage to Ethereal and/or Undead, so I can slap a Diamond in it and be okay against Ethereal/Undead. (I'm considering putting it in my Stag Antlers, but that wouldn't help me if by some miracle I was able to go Winged Warrior.) It's funny, when I first joined Heroica, I cared a LOT about WP, then I stopped caring about attack power entirely to focus on Scrolls, then I went back to normal attacking thanks to Magnetic Mojo and later Overkill but still didn't really care about weapons, and now I'm back to caring about weapons (because they're basically a shot limit as a Skirmisher, and they give me my flexibility now that I can't use Scrolls anymore). Zepher Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 102's cast continues to blossom outwards and upwards. Hopefully it's not too confusing. So many characters. I should have thought this out more. I hope I don't get lost. Quote

I should have thought this out more. I hope I don't get lost. You should see what my list looks like. Fortunately for the players (and me! ), a fair chunk of them are optional and/or cameos. And only one of the ones remaining (that I can think of) has an obnoxious speech pattern to type out! Edited July 12, 2014 by Flipz Quote
