Just in case anyone's been missing it, Khorne has been doing a fantastic job as Eric in Quest 100, a falible hero who doesn't focus on his faults but embraces them and uses them to his advantage. He doesn't accept his resposiblity to change for the world, he expects the world to change for him.

Actually, it was both informing Sandy he made a spelling error in the nicest way possible, and me telling him I'm excited to see this swamp since.

Damnit, why didn't anybody correct that sooner? I had to edit the map now, too.

Reading through 85 again, Ahriman is perhaps the most benign demon in Heroica yet.

Well, we got there before he had the chance to do any serious damage...

Well, even according to him and Naamah, he never really did anything malevolent in between his summoning and his defeat in 85. He got summoned, chilled out on a Ziggurat, and kinda just partied.

Meanwhile, Naamah drowned Azzurat in sand and made the land wither and die.

Complex politics are complex. I do like that Mallelio is willing to talk about them, though--I was a little worried coming in that I'd have to have someone break character to explain some of the background information and details in that regard, but multiple re-reads through Quest 30 have shown me otherwise. :sweet:

Page randomly decided to reload, and I lost the entire post. Sorry 104, no update today.

Did you try loading an auto-save? It's been useful as hell whenever I lose a post.

Also, if you were using the dedicated reply page ('More Reply Options') instead of the quick reply, sometimes you can try hitting the browser's 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons to see if somewhere your browser saved the post. Saved me quite a few long posts in the past, although I've found that it doesn't work as reliably since the last major board software upgrade.

Auto-save only caught a third--the part that was easy to re-create (quotes from the players). :sceptic:

Yeah, the difference was about a line and a half. :sceptic:

The fun of the conversation has been two old geezers both horribly missing the point about something, but I figured there was only one way this one was gonna end.

Eh. It's not as good as it was, but I at least managed to salvage what I could. :classic: (Zeph, Rumble, JimBee, you may begin berating me now for my hack job of writing for your characters. )

Also, Kintobor, was I supposed to get +2 health for leveling up?

I also am curious why we got two levels, does that count as our level up mushroom reward?

I don't think so, that was probably me screwing up when I was fixing everything up for Kinto in the wee hours of last night.

Thanks Flipz. :poke::sarcasm:

I'll have an update for 103 tomorrow. I've been swamped with life, and I'm really sorry. Once I get this last bit ready it should be smooth sailing until August, when I'll be away for a weekend. :classic:

Hey, not your fault the rich-text editor is borked!

Although there isn't much to him, Flavius was done perfectly. I'm following 104 with great interest.

In wiki news, over the past two days, over 3,000 people have visited the wiki. We're also starting to see more in-depth information on places and people and lore--keep it up! Tomorrow, assuming nothing else comes up for me, I plan to add some more templates and categories for things like stubs and "needs pictures" that can then be linked on a "pages in need of help" page, which should help new users to find tasks in need of completion.

I also encourage you all to register--I like seeing who shows up each day, and it also helps me keep track of who's doing what so I can see where to focus my behind-the-scenes efforts.

You're right - Ahriman was benign in comparison to the other archdemons. As the archdemon of envy, Ahriman just wanted to claim arugably the most beautiful nation in the world to himself and cherish it, but of course Naamah couldn't let him (the greedy bitch). When he was resummoned, Ahriman just hung above the city that was once his and made the world know his ire (which is why the Oracle got the visions).

Three thousand? *oh2* Imagine if the whole lot of them signed up!

I think that's just visits, though. I've visited the wiki hundreds of times already just by myself.

Thanks WBD! I appreciate it  . I'm really loving the quest so far. Great sets and nice story :sweet: .
