Why don't you? There's no reason not to use it on your own blade, Zempk, especially when none of the people bidding will be in the hall to even give you the money for it.

Hey, if you paid a sum I was pleased with, you could do whatever you want with it.

She should start looking for a good weapon to apply it to. The Rito weapons are good secondary weapons, but not necessarily something you'd want to base your whole build around (especially with such a relatively low WP).

Try to get on a Sandy Quest, those are almost guaranteed to drop some sort of item that can form the core of a good build. A Zepher Quest or CallMePie Quest could be good for that, too, but they tend to have only two or three per Quest (so you'd have to duke it out with party members to claim said weapon), or you could hang onto it until Grogmas and angle to get something more customized to your specific playstyle.

My Rito longsword is at WP6 right now, compared to my other sword that is 3.

It's just reusing old loot, ain't it? It's hardly an "epic" or "Legendary" type of deal anyway, the enemies you hit are just gonna lose 10 more health, 10 more each hit now due to the poison change. My bid stops at 750. It's good, but not worth anything in the thousands, at all. Start being concerned when Scupperers are being given away, Zepher.

Is it really worth that much to you? I'd advise you to think this through: you're a new hero, just getting started. You are playing a Gold-gaining class, but you haven't yet finished up a quest and seen how much Gold you can get and what other things you need to buy. You're low enough in Level that QMs probably aren't even going to throw enemies at you that are worth using Poisoned -10 against for a few months. Everyone has to start somewhere — don't get into a bidding war with players like Scuba just because you want one piece of your dream character right now. You have many many quests and battles ahead of you, and you might get Everlasting Venom in one of those, or you might get a drop somewhere in there that you'll build your character around or cause you to change the direction you want to go with your character.

Look, I've been trying to avoid exposition dumps.

His wings were actually semi functional at that point - to use some vehicle terminology, they were "stalled", not actually permanently wrecked. Whacking them around again and then whacking about 25 boulders into his face paralyzed him, and he eventually hit the ground and died.
