Don't get me wrong Zeph, I'm loving the quest, the battles seem to be the slowest part.

That's always been my complaint with quests. I personally am also more "story geared". I feel that my battles this quest have gotten shorter in general though, there are just quite a few of them.

Hey all, next time I am able to get to my computer will probably be Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Sorry for the delay! Erdy may pick actions in 105, and everyone else will just have to wait a while, sadly.

Emjajoas, I'm really liking your quest so far  Its really mysterious and I'm enthralled

Thank you! I was a little worried that the story I was trying to tell wasn't getting across the way I invisioned it, but it's good to hear that it's not as bad as I think it is.

Man, heroica has seriously slowed to a crawl recently - hopefully just end of the summer shenanigans.

Also, Zepher, I do quite like these co-QMed segments. They add a lot.

I'm just waiting on sets, myself. A lot of people seem to be out of town or prepping to leave town, too.

Very much agree. It just seems to bring the world so much closer together. :sweet:

In other news, I've started building simpler sets for my quest, so it's going much faster. I still am lazy, but at least I'm making progress now. Although, now I've started working on a prequel quest...so...

Yeah, I'm out of town until Sunday and I've been really busy working on top of that. Never too busy for Heroica, though.

I'm personally on the train coming home! Heroica is slow lately, but I think it's just the end of summer. Travel/readjustment. I think September will find us back to normal.

I'm glad you like the co-QM'd bits. I wanted to test it out in 102 because I thought it'd be cool. I didn't intend to use it again so soon (more of a bak pocket tool) but it didn't make sense to not use it for 107!

I think it was mostly fear for own life rather than the toughness of enemy. It doesn't matter how hard the enemy hits or ow many hits it will take to knock them down if every single round runs the risk of a player KO with no recourse.

There is always more loot. XP is a fixed, drip fed resource.

104 update in about 5 minutes! (Germ, I'll update you a couple minutes afterward, I have to check on a gender pronoun to make sure I'm getting it right.)

Purpearl, I was more than happy to host that side-quest for you but now that I only have two threads to update when I get online I feel like I have about half the work.

Zepher: Have fun posting that sidequest, considering it is in PM form. :poke:

Oh gods...didn't think about that when I started my own PM madness. :ugh::blush:

Speaking of behind-the-scenes stuff, some of you may notice that the combatants in this battle of 104 are starting off slightly damaged. That's because Phil went toe-to-toe with them for three Rounds while they were roughing up Domus (y'all got lucky in that he rolled a SHIELD his first round, meaning they all took additional tick damage from Burning for each round of the battle against the Dark Druids). Surprisingly, he was not KO'd, though he was left with something like 3 HP by the end. He's one tough fellow, that's for sure.

Thank you for having me as well. :classic: I am soaking up and enjoying every bit of it, side quest and main alike.

Flipz, I don't know how many pages of pms you've got going (you don't have to reveal anything!) but I believe Zepher can handle mine easily.:blush:

I've got at least three chains of PMs, but they're interspersed chronologically, which is going to make posting them a pain.

There's some really nice stuff in there, though (including some great character moments and the introduction of a couple characters people have been waiting on for a while!), so it's all worth it. :sweet:
