Pyrovisionary Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 With the Tower of Babel destroyed, Fenario is our only hope of finding out a way to bring Baba down. This mission is of uttermost importance, and you must not let anything get in your way – least of all the Wolfgang.” Fellcrest, a city full of undead in the Babeleth Darklands. However, seeing how some of you managed to bugger up relations there, this will have to be a more quiet mission. I feel like Sarge, Eric, Nur and Althior are being persecuted here... Quote
K-Nut Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I feel like Sarge, Eric, Nur and Althior are being persecuted here... Hey, taking down the tower was your idea, not mine. I'm very interested in Fellcrest, though. It's the one place we didn't get to go in Babeleth that I'd really like to visit. Perhaps a Quest #100 reunion? Quote

Pyrovisionary Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Oh, I feel so sorry for your actions having consequences. Well, I guess siding with the completely antagonized side was a bad idea, in hindsight. Quote
Cutcobra Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I've recently been thinking about a lot of items with different gimmicks and since I definetly won't be posting any quest soon I decided to post one of them here. It's basically a good item for cannoneers. (the name doesn't matter I just want to share the idea) Boom Powder (Bombs used in Barrage, Greater Bombard and Bombard ignore the enemy's immunities; accessory; suitable to cannoneers) Quote
K-Nut Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Well, I guess siding with the completely antagonized side was a bad idea, in hindsight. You're just realizing that now I see. Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 You're just realizing that now I see. 1000 gold is good pay, ok. At least they were polite. Quote
K-Nut Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 1000 gold is good pay, ok. At least they were polite. For me, skinning that ungrateful Walbartan would have been better. Though I really am a sucker for titles, so that'll be nice once we get those. Quote
Palathadric Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Wait a minute, was eurobricks not down for anyone else? I couldn't get on it all of yesterday and a good portion of today too. Quote
Kintobor Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 For me, skinning that ungrateful Walbartan would have been better. Though I really am a sucker for titles, so that'll be nice once we get those. IF you ever get them. You're assuming Ulric gets into power, which might not potentially happen. Quote
Endgame Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Well that doesn't sound ominous at all. It involves a certain someone who ate his wife, mentioned in 134... Quote
Duvors Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 It involves a certain someone who ate his wife, mentioned in 134... Brilliant, I'll just go back and reread the entire quest once we're finished killing it's final boss. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Brilliant, I'll just go back and reread the entire quest once we're finished killing it's final boss. The statement was fairly recent... looks like Endgame's got a thing for dragons lately. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote

StickFig Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 OoC: I just edit my gold and inventory now I suppose, right? And how much would I be able to sell an Emerald for? Yes. And I'll buy that Emerald for 100 gold, though I'm sure someone will probably outbid me. Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 IF you ever get them. You're assuming Ulric gets into power, which might not potentially happen. They promised us we'd get them, are you gonna call them out on a pinky promise I think we all know that the Wolfgang aren't gonna succeed. The Wolfgang have been too antagonised for the majority of goody-goody heroes to sympathize for their cause. And then because everyone is against the Wolfgang, the dubious heroes who want to join the winning side wont support the Wolfgang much either. Quote
Zepher Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 Boomingham actually would have liked the Wolfgang if Baba hadn't shown up. If she's taken out of the picture he'd probably go back onto the fence. I think a really cool way to make the Wolfgang more credible would be to take down the Veterans a peg - make them a bit more shady and what not. They very clearly don't like the Wolfgang (for the same reason as Baba siding with them) but we really don't know what the Veterans are up to. I imagine between the six of them, and with a personal army at their command, some of them may abuse the power - especially those who have political leanings in their every day lives. I think Sandy has done a nice job of hinting that we don't really know much about them yet. I mean, imagine if the current heroes grew up to be Veterans. I imagine almost ALL of them would abuse that power in some way, even the more moral standing ones. Quote
Duvors Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 What, don't you kids read Alice in R'yleh in school these days? Sorry, but L. C. Lovecraft isn't my area of expertise. Quote

Question for all: What would your hero's nickname be if he/she/it was a veteran (like Dragonlord, Sand Queen, Moonstrider, etc). I don't about Heckz's but it would probably be something like "Beautiful Fabulous Blah Blah". Quote
