Sandy Posted July 13, 2015 Author Posted July 13, 2015 It's probably not intentional, Sandy, but I find it amusing that the listing of Namyrra's undead looks like the dragon is vomiting on the rest of the party's stats. Eye of the beholder, man, eye of the beholder... Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 (edited) I remember the fact that every once in a while Drake would appear in the hall with some other weird personality quirk and story thing. He had a secret lab at one point I think. Then another time he Broke into Johon's house I remember. I may not gain any experience in #130 , such is the way of the battles balanced for a full party. Asphalt Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 I remember the fact that every once in a while Drake would appear in the hall with some other weird personality quirk and story thing. Was he a Munchkin? Quote
Lind Whisperer Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 (edited) Eye of the beholder, man, eye of the beholder... Ooh, are there going to be Beholders?Oh, wait, never mind - that'd be eyes of the Beholder. Edited July 13, 2015 by Lind Whisperer Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 (edited) Was he a Munchkin? I don't think he had the imagination - or the consistency. Everything he said was an attempt at foreshadowing. Edited July 13, 2015 by Pyrovisionary Quote
UsernameMDM Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Looks like Hoke will be signing up for some back-to-back CMP fun! Gotta get one of those Crimson Haze vials! Quote
JimBee Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I won't be able to post in either of my quests until morning, just an FYI. Quote
The Chosen Minifigure Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Ok 138ers, I'm back from my trip. You know have my full attention! Quote
Lind Whisperer Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I will be really sad the day that Talking Is no longer A Free Action... Quote
Asphalt Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I will be really sad the day that Talking Is no longer A Free Action... Dejavu all over again. Quote
samurai-turtle Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Is 135 & 136 taking place at the same time? I know they are taking place in the same place (or general area). Quote
Zepher Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Pala, healing staffs cannot be used outside of battle because of them being the worst item ever. Quote
Flipz Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 You know, that Tyrant Statue is actually more valuable than the reward for both of the other treasures combined... Quote
Sandy Posted July 18, 2015 Author Posted July 18, 2015 You know, that Tyrant Statue is actually more valuable than the reward for both of the other treasures combined... Depends on how much gold you have. It won't make much different to Ellaria, for example, who usually only has a few hundred gold after any given quest. And that's pretty much the point of this subquest - do you give these awesome items over to Marmaduc for some gold and more influence, or do you keep them to yourself and earn his wrath? Quote
Palathadric Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Definitely keep them for yourself. Fighting Marmaduc equals moar XP and loot. Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Seeing as I plan to have spent my gold by the end of this quest it's useless to me Quote
Khorne Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 SELL ALL THE ARTIFACTS!!!1!1 I hadn't even read the description for Tyrant Statue. It does seem quite useful, but like others have said, I'd also rather spend my gold during the Quest than hoard it. On a side note, I've started watching Gotham and the way Alfred talks, that's totally how I imagine Sarge to speak. As in: I'd need friggin' subtitles if I ever met the guy in real life. Bloody Brits Quote

Alfred definitely has a more advanced vocabulary but the accent is spot on. The description says at the end of each Quest. It's reusable. I think what Khorne means is that in the long run, cash spent at Salmanda vendors will be more beneficial than the Tyrant statue's effect. Quote

Honestly, I'm kind of glad there's one less of those in the game now, as horrible as that sounds... (When you said that, I was afraid Zaniah died. ) Quote

Myrddyn Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 And the Tyrant Statue. Or hasn't Guts gotten hold of that yet? Quote
