JimBee Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 They're two of Boomingham two most trusted friends, and now they seem to be looking after each other as well. Name a time and place and I'll be there, that sounds like a great time. yeah, we've quested together a few times and Em's come to see Hybros as a good friend, too. Concur! On an unrelated note, Purpearl's new getup is sweet. Oh yeah, and my stats are updated, as well! Quote
UsernameMDM Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 They're two of Boomingham two most trusted friends, and now they seem to be looking after each other as well. And Hoke is off Boom's radar. I can't remember the last interaction they had, which is sad. Guess I've been on toooo many Zepher quests! Quote
CMP Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 I don't know how I haven't gotten Boomingham on one of mine yet. Travesty. The next one after #140 is shaping up to be Baltarok-centric, so it'd certainly be...interesting. Quote
Kintobor Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Speaking of Baltarok, my next quest is the long-in-development hell Vault Arc Part 3: We're Finally Getting This Thing Moving. I'm hoping to do the Broken Tribes, since they were merely glanced over in the trilogy, and I hope to have it out shortly after 137. Quote
Khorne Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 UsernameMDM's second character must be the most well-equipped fresh Hero to join . Quote
Zepher Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 I really want to quest with Hoke, but as with all the players I host an excessive amount, it's been tough. They've always gelled well in the Hall, but you know there's nothing like a quest to bring people together. And CMP, considering that you're one of my favorite QMs to simply READ along side I agree that it's outrageous that I've never been on one of your quests. As for 139 - it wouldn't be a Guffington quest if you didn't choose your own party. I try to keep the traditions alive. Quote

I realized that I forgot to answer Pala's question about Retraga: no, I don't have any plans to run a quest currently but I would like to. It's hard to do it when I'm away from my collection, though. I have plenty of ideas buzzing around in my head. But that doesn't mean someone else can use Retraga in their quests! Quote
Palathadric Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 But that doesn't mean someone else can use Retraga in their quests! Did you mean this, or did you mean the other thing? Quote
Flipz Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Interesting--one of my two big Quests in the works involves Baltarok as well, though mostly the more remote parts to the north. Hmm... *starts getting evil ideas* Speaking of Quest ideas coming up, I've been working on a short one-off idea for about a week now, aimed towards some of the lower-leveled Heroes left behind in the Hall (since the Fields is not the ideal place for you guys). It only involves four sets and a puzzle, so if anyone is interested in helping me with said sets I'd be much obliged. Quote
Palathadric Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 On an unrelated note, Purpearl's new getup is sweet. Purpearljellyblob's figures always look great. I don't think I can remember seeing a less than fantastic one. In other news, I can't wait for Pretzel to go on a Guffington Quest so he can start calling Lady Felix "Zasies." Quote
JimBee Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Did you mean this, or did you mean the other thing? I meant that anyone is welcome to use Retraga in a quest if they wish. Quote

Endgame Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 (edited) Great! I can't say I have any plans for now, though. Also, now I remember why I usually only just skim through Endgame quests. 3 Pages in one day. Darn! Mostly because today is a not-busy today, so I can reply as the posts crop up instead of in chunks. Allows for some pretty good conversations. Totally not setting things up for my next and final quest, nope.. (Building the rest of Eschaton is gonna be a bitch...) Lind Whisperer Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 The Munchkin silently nodded. "...I actually know what you mean, in a sort of way...But I suppose, with the whole archangel thing, you already knew that..." "I suppose it makes sense. But it's with the direct tinkering into the lives of others that I suppose our...traditions, if I might call them that, diverge..." Great, now I really wish I had finished/even started the Munchkin quest chain. ...Long story. Trust me. Quote

The Chosen Minifigure Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Endgame, is one of the prizes for this quest going to be a Vorpal(is) Blade? Possibly one that makes a sort of... snicker-snack noise? Quote
Lind Whisperer Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 (edited) And are we going to face Vorpalis in a forest of tulgey Tum-Tum trees? Edited July 24, 2015 by Lind Whisperer Quote
