Very true. I think we should rig up a banner. Guts, who are you making your righthand man again?

King Guts believes that every person below Guts is equal, so everyone can be his righthand man.

All heroes are equal, but some are more equal than others...

No King Guts faction? Boo! :poke:

Don't worry, he'll just take over one of the factions. Saves the costs for making banners.

What's the Good King's stance on taxation? Is loot to be considered non-taxable income?

It's not, but any loot that is considered 'ridiculousy powerful', 'please fix' or 'nerf rogues' is tax-exempt.

Jinnipher swayed her hips from side to side in an exaggerated manner as she walked up to the gate, and tried to do her best impersonation of Melody's prissy voice. "Of course we did. They were no problem at all. Bulk here was a big help, weren't you? That Flynn though, boy did he have a mouth, ehem, I mean, too bad they didn't come quietly, heehee! Now won't you be a sweetheart and let us in so we can tell the big bad boss about our success? Is he back from that errand? Um, where was it that he went again?"

Yeah...we are so going to have to rescue them.

"Heroes. Welcome to Dastan." Ella is all warmth.

I will think less of you as a QM if she and Tarn aren't having a kid, just so you know, Zeph.:grin:

They're not married yet, I don't think. And she can't have a scandal on her hands.

Has Atters seen her since 30? I always feel like she and him got along well because of that side quest she took him on.

Oh well, I guess you'll just have to come on my finale to see her one final time. There are literally about 50 NPCs appearing in that at the moments, and I'm not even re-using all my "notable" NPCs. 139 is a curtain call for the a few of them.

I am excited to see what you do in Quest 139, especially in regards to...pretty much everywhere your party is going.

Aren't they? I guess Arthur did specifically ask for an invitation to the wedding, though he's more recently stated he expects them to be married at this point.

Well it's always been a tough line to walk - I imagine Ella as young and not too impulsive, and they did only know each other for a short time before Tarn moved across the world for her... but he DID move across the world for her  ... but you can just ask her where they stand.

Happy fourth anniversary, Heroica RPG! :excited: More news what this celebration entails this year coming tomorrow!

 Yeah, long lived.

8 months active playing for me now. Remember when I just was a lurker, this and GOH was what made me register. Never made a character for GOH but signed up for Heroica back in the end of 2012... But didn´t have time to play so I just observed for two years :look: . Oh well never too late for something good, right. :sweet:

Coming this anniversary...

It is time for everyone in Eubric to choose their side.

So what actually are those two other sides, Sungold and the Cresent?

Aahh, Heroica. A year and a half now I've been here, give or take a few weeks. Hell, I remember how through Flipz' first quest, and mine, I didn't even know how to play! I wasn't particularly good at RP then, either, and I'd like to thank the heroica community for helping me, inadvertently or otherwise, to learn, particularly Flipz, Sandy, KotZ, Lind and Endgame, along with Actaeton, Vindsval, Miderun, Bobby, and of course Annienal. In terms of quests, I'd have to award the badge of "Favourite" to Endgame for #134, as that was without a doubt my favourite quest.

To all the players out there, hero on.

To QMs, past and future thank you.

To Sandy, for organising the game, a massive debt of gratitude.

And to Heroica and its Heroics?

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

On the subject of sides, I'm probably going to go with whichever set of elves doesn't like Star Elves. Every single one we've met so far has been an absolute jerk and/or idiot at one point or another. (Of course, the same could be said of Sun Elves too, but seeing as we've met exactly one that's not really a fair judgment. )

Of course, if it comes down to Houses, then things get a lot clearer; I think everyone has known my (and Arthur's) preferences for a long time now.:blush:

I'm new here. Congratz on 4 year anniversary!

Can anyone enlighten me on what I need to know? I am not going to read over 1700 pages (I know, it's bad)

Don't worry I am the same way. But, I figured you do not need to know every thing, character wise.

As for what you should definitely read the "Rules & FAQ" page (at least the first page). Other pages you might want to check out are the "Marketplace", "Training Room", "Library" and probably last "Quest Master Lounge".

Welcome to the game, Alfadas!

Basically, the easiest way to get up to speed on the main storyline is to go into the index and read Sandy's quests. Not all of them are essential, but it'll give you a great understanding of the main story that's (apparently) rolling towards its climax.
