I was just going off of Guts being an Alchemist and Hoke being a Dragoon.

Imagine if Guts, Hoke, and Althior were all on the same side. :distressed:

You spelled Ziegfried wrong dammit. And you think you're the expert on the houses. :poke:(I'm kidding, of course)

 *Mumbles* And I misspelled on the poll too... :facepalm

I'm especially worried about Kheyli, seeing as she doesn't know anything about the city.

I've actually kind of been feeling that way about Lind, as well. The only relation he has to the city was an argument a while back about how the Wolfgang would ruin it. He hasn't really had any reason to side with Shadeaux besides "Well, I've got rec with them, and they give out dragons*.". :sceptic:

*Although dragons are admittedly an excellent incentive to join anyone.

Just wondering, so we know it is going to be a house VS house battle or is this all conjecture?

We're just assuming

Well, he's a Marauder now, technically. Honestly, Guts might say screw it and go Wolfgang. And definitely not look for the first coup opportunity.

That I know. I was just saying that he took advantage of the Guild Rep and not the other rep.

And BOOM goes the room.

Call it a day. Job's done.

Well, I mean, when I wear my full armor I have the highest SP in the game, a TON of immunities, and I hit about 2/3 as hard as Guts...and have a Dragon on top of it. Post-40, Arthur's probably going to be at least as hard to balance for as Hoke/Guts (though at least it'll be hard to balance for in the "by god, those numbers!" sense, not the "by got, he's got SO MUCH DAMN STUFF AND SO MANY THINGS HE CAN DO WITH IT ARGHEBFDGS!!!" sense like it used to be  ).

Other than their info at the beginning of the library is there anywhere to read up on the different factions, major events around them, and what they stand for in the city?

Now that we're seeing it in action, is the Conversion power of the Prophet not irritating anyone else? It seems really OP, and really scenario breaking. :sceptic:

Your best bet is probably to try and find Sandy's quests directly involving the factions for their outlooks and things like that.

Glossolalia? I only recall a few times I've used it, and it's basically just glorified Animal Talk. :look:

Interesting idea about the sides.

For Pretzel:

Shadeaux>Hinckwell

Bonaparte>Ji Pei

Guild of Invision>Ziegfrieds.

I don't have reputation with the Bonapartes though, but they're probably Pretzel's favourite house.

Of course, Pretzel has Wolfgang reputation because of those bloody fools all of which are inactive presently.

Are there other heroes who have participated in as many quests as Pretzel has and have as little reputation?

King Guts for life!!! :sing:

It works for some NPCs (the drunk guy was hilarious), but for others it's just...icky. I know if someone tries to use Conversion on Diana, it's just going to flat-out fail and make her mad at them, because religion in that sense is just completely not her style, and she'd resent someone (other than MAYBE Kiray or Actaeon) trying to tell her what to think. :sceptic:

Also, I totally did not intend this at the time (I'm not super familiar with ancient mythology, sorry  ), but Actaeon and Diana's relationship arc in 104 somewhat parallels the relationship arc of the mythical Actaeon and Diana.

How and if it works is up to the QM, as with the other flavor job traits. :shrug_confused: I just want to use the only thing the drink I chose gives Calamity.

I do really like the drinks themselves, though I question somewhat who drank which ones--someone other than Keliim should have drank the mountain punch (so he gets the Inspiration buff), and someone other than Annie should have drank the Guardian Knight one (so she gets the defense buff).
