Professor Flitwick Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 I'm hosting again! First, I did a Safari in the Sahara and now, a fight in the frozen lands! I hope all those who sign up will have fun! Your quest banners always look great. I like the look of this! Quote
CMP Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 QM Note: I'm not sure what the rules are concerning this, but since you chose a dagger as your weapon, I think it would be okay if you attempted to throw it. (it'll just take a long time to retrieve it) The weapon has to be specified as a throwing weapon. I don't think it counts as one. Quote
JimBee Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Did I do something wrong that no one wants to post in my quest anymore? Quote
Jebediahs Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I dunno. I've been waitin' since BAP's post to post order of actions. I guess I'll just go ahead... Quote
Flipz Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Slow weekend in Heroica so far...perhaps I wasn't the only one who was away all day today... Quote

Oooh, nice banner . Looks like a really fun Quest. Who knows, Eric could join once he finished the current Quest. It would be nice to see him going back to the North in a Quest . One of my (many) Quest ideas (which I never seem to be able to execute or finish) also involved Draugr and other Norse mythological stuff and was also situated in the North. Quote
Fred Daniel Yam Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Hey Sandy, can I or someone else open a gambling for heroes to win prizes or bet gold? Quote
Sandy Posted February 5, 2012 Author Posted February 5, 2012 Hey Sandy, can I or someone else open a gambling for heroes to win prizes or bet gold? We've discussed about this before, and I don't think a gambling topic is a good idea at this point. If you have a more detailed concept you'd like to suggest, I'm willing to listen, though. Quote
Khorne Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Aw, too bad the entry date for the new Quest ends so soon . Oh well, then, I'm sure more opportunities will arise to let Eric go back home once again. I'm really looking forward to reading your Quest, Capt.John Paul. Are you forging the results of the die to make this fight more thrilling/exciting/difficult, Sandy ? We've sure had our run of bad luck during these last few battles. Quote

That's pretty weird we had the same idea. I came up with it first. Too bad your quest won't be done by then, unless you instantly win the battles and everything. At least you will be reading, and I hope you'll like it. Quote
Scorpiox Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Druid Haldor is complete! He will get his new costume just as soon as we win the war! Quote
K-Nut Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Druid Haldor is complete! He will get his new costume just as soon as we win the war! I will laugh so hard if you lose the war after that statement, therefore never becoming a Druid! Quote
Scorpiox Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Sage? I 'overheard' you saying you'll follow Tammo to Sagehood. Quote

Scorpiox Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I looked there, and now I know, but I won't tell anyone! Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I'm unsure if this was mentioned before, but some people signing up are level 13.5. If they get to level 15 while in the quest, do they choose their advanced class or wait until after the quest is over. Thanks, Capt.JohnPaul Quote

Thanks, Capt.JohnPaul They have to wait until they get back, If I understand correctly, you can only choose your advanced class in the Training room. Quote

Capt.JohnPaul Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 3 posts at the same time??? Thanks for the quick reply. Quote
Palathadric Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 3 posts at the same time??? Thanks for the quick reply. That has got to be a record for one topic. We should celebrate. Quote
Kadabra Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Welcome to Heroica Palathadric! I love your character, he's hilarious, but I'm pretty sure Christianity is non-existent in this world, so words like 'hell' and symbols like the cross would have no meaning. Of course, as this is a fictional world, it's possible that such a religion exists somewhere outside Eubric, where the most popular god and goddesses are the likes of Ennoc and Sylvania. Quote
