Palathadric Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 That ending to 142. I knew that the Triffid was sent on purpose. Poor Petaldan is too simple to understand that though. Quote
Chromeknight Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 (edited) Does Heroica have any railways? I know there was a little talk of the Aoi having spaceships, but railways...* *We do have minecart tracks, but that's a bit different.... Yeah, I thought about that then shrugged and left it in. I can try to justify it if any of the characters on quest bring it up. Otherwise it's just something someone said, which may or may not have any basis in universe. It's amusing that you bring up the railway thing, since olegia doesn't (as far as I know) have stock exchanges where percentages of publicly listed companies are traded back and forth for profit, an activity equally anachronistic. samurai-turtle Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Does Heroica have any railways? I know there was a little talk of the Aoi having spaceships, but railways...* I was wondering that myself. If you think of it, they have "airships" why couldn't they have "trains". And it is cool that some of my Grogmas suggestions went threw. Quote
JimBee Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Thanks for the Grogmas gifts for those who suggested them! The Phoenix Emblem is indeed a very nice item, nearly as good as the Moebius Ring which is valued at 1000 gold. I'll have to figure out how to implement it into my build now that I have the Coat Hanger... And I've been a big fan of the Strategist's Shako all along so it's awesome that Jinnipher gets something similar. I think Atramor now has the most complex weapon in the game. Zoot's Reaper might be up there soon. Quote

JimBee Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Welcome to Heroica, Skeleton. As Samuraiturtle pointed out, you do start with some health. Check the Rules topic for all the info, but I'll let you know that mages start 5 health and 5 ether. You can also add a suitable WP:3 weapon, a gem of your choice, 10 gold and a potion. Quote
Sandy Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 This new guy looks really dead. Welcome to Heroica, Skeleton. As Samuraiturtle pointed out, you do start with some health. Come on, maybe the guy made a conscious decision to roleplay as a corpse! It isn't any less practical than the one guy who wanted to play as a bat (not a werebat, but an actual bat). Sure, his options are limited to lying in the corner and watching everyone else sign into quests, but whatever rocks his boat... Quote
Mencot Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Hahaha this actually is the best thing this morning. Welcome to Heroica, Scelly the real dead one! Quote
MysticModulus Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 (edited) Hahaha this actually is the best thing this morning. Welcome to Heroica, Scelly the real dead one! It could be an excellent visual representation of increased hp: a skeleton that gets more and more flesh until lvl 50 when it transforms to a zombie. Edited January 8, 2016 by MysticModulus Quote
Skeleton_ Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Oops. I could have sworn that I finished filling it in... Oh well. Quote

Asphalt Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Sandy ruled that your character had to be able to hold their weapon. And have the correct body parts to wear the gear. Quote
