Mencot Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 (edited) No, have you? But my madeup character has quested with. Edited March 26, 2016 by Mencot Quote
Endgame Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 "Those hooded fellows? The group that nobody's supposed to know about but everyone does? If anyone knows where or how to get a hold of them, I don't see the harm in trying. I mean, we could always get their opinion and see if they could detain her. I'd trust them more than the Watch, at least. Although, I remember McCreary having a bit of a problem with them..." I don't think that first bit is true (they're not covert anymore), and when did the second bit happen? Quote
Kintobor Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 I think Connor's merely making remarks about the way the Syndicate act. They've always been somewhat secretive. As for McCreary not liking the Syndicate, they previously went trouncing through the cemetery grounds trying to find someone in Four's Company, and McCreary's pretty protective of the place. From Four's Company and Go Now, In Peace. "The guard just ran from the Way's End District. Apparently the Syndicate found Abigail hiding in the Way's End Cemetery. I just hope Father McCreary didn't get his robes in a rut: his fuse is known for being rather short if you get on his wrong side. That and he's been dealing with a lot lately within the grounds. The last thing he needs is a potential killer wandering about killing people. From what I hear the cemetery's full enough as is." "Hmph. Beside the usual nonsense with our usual residents, none that I can think of. It's just these undead paladins. Although, it seems now the issue I'm getting isn't with the dead, but the living! First those hooded, multi coloured Syndicate vigilantes run about here trying to catch an apparent killer, and then Jensen keeps telling me trespassers keep getting in at night. A week ago it was a group of kids from the Academy, thought it would be fun to see who could stay in the cemetery the longest." McCreary rolls his eyes. "Kids these days..." Quote
Kintobor Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 That was savage. That is what Annie is behind her innocent, egocentric shell! Egocentric? Have ya met her? No, have you? But my madeup character has quested with. Annie and Vind go waaaaay back. They've quested for at least three adventures straight. Kellim and Annie where in, what, one quest together? That and Calamity was on the quest, and Annie get's really salty whenever Calamity's around. Also, egotistical? She skittish, uptight, and very quiet, but I wouldn't use egotistical. Karie on the other hand... Also, welcome to the game, Kappy! Nice seeing another mage! Quote
Endgame Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 That, and the only character I can think of, any piece of media, that is both innocent and egocentric is Papyrus. Quote
Palathadric Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 I don't think that first bit is true (they're not covert anymore), and when did the second bit happen? He's obviously talking about the Crimson Crown, duh! Quote
Endgame Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 He's obviously talking about the Crimson Crown, duh! That's... Very possible, actually. At least Masson is tasteful enough to wear violet. Quote
Mencot Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Still on the egocentric part, I think pretty much all of the "heros" in this game are more or less egocentric. Some, alot! Quote
Flipz Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 You keep using theese word. . . Wait, do we now finally know who Vindsval's father was? Quote
Kappy Posted March 27, 2016 Posted March 27, 2016 Happy Easter! Should there be an Easter egg hunt in Heroica Hall? Someone could make a series of pictures of the hall with little 1x1 plates hidden but in view, and people could try to find them! Quote
Asphalt Posted March 27, 2016 Posted March 27, 2016 Not sure that the Hall physically exists anymore. Quote
samurai-turtle Posted March 27, 2016 Posted March 27, 2016 I think Sandy is on some sort of vacation right now, but I think someone else can make an Easter egg hunt. Quote
Pedguin Posted March 27, 2016 Posted March 27, 2016 We should do something more exciting, like maybe a heroica hunger games. Quote
MysticModulus Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Wow, #149 sure looks promising. Love stories with the guild! I'll hopefully be able to sign up depending on how long our FoG-stretch will be. Ezeran wasn't acing his game the last battle... Quote
JimBee Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Are the sign-ups for 148 being extended because you're still preparing, Sandy, or because there are only three heroes signed up? I think 137 and 139 are just about wrapping up if you need more high-leveled heroes. I would love to sign up, but I know that at least a few of us in 139 want to wrap up the side quests. I at least want a shot at some ethereal gems. Zepher, are you still able to host past the quest conclusion? I know you've gotten really busy. Quote
Endgame Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Plot twist: Guffington's body is still super weak. Passion will die in, like, 3 days. Quote
JimBee Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Plot twist: Guffington's body is still super weak. Passion will die in, like, 3 days. The quest has failed! Quote
Endgame Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Technically, the quest was just to get the four artifacts, so you've had a quest complete for almost 2 months now. Quote
