I also can't help but feel like those greaves are in part inspired by the direction Arthur took his Blue Hand Shield.

Necromancers, Dragoons, and Minstrels: about the only three expert classes people drop unique stuff for.

Arthur's still in his (and Flipz has family over, so it has been stalled a bit) and there's a couple of others I need to get off of mobile for to close out fully. Glad you're having fun, though! :classic:

I posted, I posted! Hopefully this means I won't be holding us up for much longer.

*looks guiltily at planned drops*

Okay, in fairness, my Dragoon "drops" aren't actually drops, they're NPC gear, but still.

Actually, speaking of planned drops, what the heck happened to all of the Rangers? I go to all this work to craft some super-sweet but balanced Ranger gear and then all of a sudden I look and the Rangers have almost completely vanished. What gives?

Meanwhile, Cannoneers are crying in a corner...

Tell me, when was the last time the Bonapartes were on-screen in a rep-offering situation and were not total dicks? :poke:

And the Hinckwells are such pleasant folk.

I've had at least one cannoneer artifact drop and more than a few nice handcannons.

All going to waste of course. :cry_sad:

Dam, just give me the stuff.

Well there we go then.

I know this will probably jinx it, but I will have some extra time this summer to host a quest. I haven't yet had time to plan much of it out, but it will focus on the imps. Any ideas are welcome, as I haven't hosted in a long time and am not sure where to start. :classic: I'd be happy to take anyone lingering in the Hall at the time.

On another note I haven't been able to follow all of the current/recent quests but for the ones I have followed, 150 looks awesome and has been a great read so far. I wouldn't have minded the Touch of Malice for Chi Monk Hybros.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm hoping I haven't gone overboard with NPC gear here.

I'll PM you with an idea or two. I've actually been thinking about Zylstra lately.

What direction? Slanted to the left to deflect arrows?:laugh: I have no idea what you mean by that.

The Bomber Belt from 129 was cool - not sure where that got off to but I would definitely use it as a Cannoneer. I know Matthias plans to play as it when he's able but so far no one has used the class - and that's a shame because it looks really cool!

I would love to hear them! :sweet: I also don't want to step on any toes with your story arcs.

That's the one, I think. Now I remember: I also gave Lane some kind of Cannoneer artifact when I used him in 114.

Hopefully it's just a Minstrel situation, where they get a million gear drops before anyone even gets close to taking up the class.

Actaeon completely dropped off the map on one of my quests. feel like he may have been the last active ranger in the game, unless I'm forgetting someone.

Did you drop cannonneer stuff in 114?

No, Lane was equipped with a piece of gear of his own, but like JimBee said, I dropped the Bomber's Belt during Quest 129.

Yeah, I miss Actaeon, he's the only real 104 vet who's just dropped out entirely. :cry_sad:

I can think of exactly three active players who are part-Ranger: Dyric, Matthias, and Skrall. Everyone else has either left or switched out of their Ranger class.

Yep, they're going to waste, which is why those of us who really want to go cannoneer are crying in the corner....

FTFY. Has Bonaparte rep been offered in the last 75 quests?

Sure you didn't inherit that from his previous incarnation.

Speaking on NPCs, it's a total head trip when someone references your own to yourself. Nerwen talking about Avery, I was like "oh I know all about Red Assassins," but then I remembered Boomingham has never run into one.

Excellent! It worked! That's what I meant to do.

And I note our dragoon uses WBD's dragon design from the collecting the rest quest with Ecatsue.

Love the tension of the Ziegfrieds vs The Guild in #149.

Some of the new guys are rangers.

For, Actaeon I feel I could of depress the poor guy. I hope he at least read the PMs I sent him.

What about Daeth?

Runs off before stuff gets thrown at him.

Wouldn't exactly call him a vet if he went AWOL before the first batle (I think).

100%. I love that design a lot. I got the trans-green axe blades and dark green hands from the Lonely Mountain set and immediately knew what I was gonna do with them.

Oh yeah. Possibly.

And yes, I was a bit dissappointed when Boomingham and Skrall didn't ask for information on Baltarok...then I realized we had hosted the entire trilogy together and you both know as much as I do.

I just want to point out that since Torald and Ezeran are members of the Crescent Union, they cannot gain Ziegfried reputation and so cannot lose their Invision rep. :poke:

I think this a pivotal mark in Ezerans development, he is not that simple good guy all the time. Besides, he is not overly fond of the Ziegfrieds...
