I'm 6 foot 7? I'm taller than I thought I was. I am 6 Foot 5 in character.

Wow, that's pretty big for a (medieval) 18 year old  . About 2 meters, right?

I don't think she would need to, really.....

Elves stuffed in letters don't really look very nice when they arrive. Trust me, I'm the Darth.

:snicker:

An I'm nearly 7 foot, because Norsemen are very tall...

And Eric is even taller...

And Pie, I'm thinking CMF Series one red afro, correct?

When I said Eric was tall, I was thinking along the lines of 1,90m to 2m, because that's pretty gigantic for your typical medieval person. But apparently everybody is that tall :sceptic: . Oh well, let's say Eric's around 2m, that's still pretty big for a normal man. Making him even taller would start to be kind of abnormal and not really realistic.

Why I want to live like you? You are a stupid fool. You think Violence is not good, yet you become a Hero?

It is possible to not like violence (who does? :look:) but still do it if necerssary. Look at Haldor, he thinks violence is bad, but still has to do it because it is him or them.

Somebody send a letter please. I have a hilarious couple planned. One to a Jess, and one to a mystery person.

Bad mistake! :pirate_skel1:

I was just joking, realisticly Haldor would be about 6"4', which would be considered a 'giant'. :classic:

Leo being 6"5' is VERY unusual for an Elf. :sceptic:

Aren't Elves tall? In any case, when a blade comes flying out of the wall 6 feet off the ground, you'll know who to blame when your heads roll off your shoulders. :innocent2: Hybros saved the party in Quest 7 due to his height.

Dak's around 6', give or take an inch. Pretty average height, I think. I imagine Alisha and/or Tesni would be venerable giants, what with the massive swords they wield. Alisha would probably be 6'8 or so, since she "towers over Leo", as Poison Ivy said in the Hall (I'm too lazy to find the actual quote  ).

Just measured Cronk. He's 1 3/4 inches tall. Without helmet plume of course.

Haldor's custom furs give him the edge he needs!

But lets stop discussing heights now.

6"8' would be WAY to big to be medieval human, as the average was about 5"6'. Humans have developed a bit through history.

Agreed.

Anyone else think that Jebediah's reply might be the best one yet? I'm still waiting for Brickdoctor to reply to Dak's letter, though, so we'll see what happens then.

It was a good reply indeed. A close second to BrickDoctor's "In short, you have the wrong adress" one. IMO, that was the best one yet. There have been some great, inventive letters posted already. I love it  .

 This was my favorite too. Good job guys. :-D

Dear_____ (he blank carbon copied the letter to all heroes and several others, so just add your name to the blank spot)

Holy hell! "Ethereal Letters" has only been up for a few hours and already we have our first spammer!

What a wonderful response this has been to my humble idea. And here I was fearing that you'd be disappointed the event wasn't a deathmatch for the prize of becoming the father of Ellaria's bastard.

You guys are simply the greatest!

I'm off to answer a few letters...

Well, I am disappointed, but enjoying the dent for good RolePlay.

That one was certainly the best. Absolutely hillarious!

Just wondering, will Haldor write a formal apology to Guts?:innocent:

Nope!

Dear Lord Grumpypants Kapriel,

Cronk is Paladin now. Ennoc blessed Cronk with beautiful angel. So there!

Sincerely,

Cronk, true follower of the Righteous Light

Cronk got Z-Mail!

I love you!

'Cronk got Z-Mail!' Is my quote of the week!

Dear Althior Emorith,

I hear you have every gem, and are one of the greatest current heroes. I just saw you portrait, and that you were trying to kill some Brobric Elves.

Can you do me a favour and send me one of there dead heads? I want to spit on it, cut it up and throw its brains into a bush and set fire to it.

The Brobric Elf Hating Brobric Elf, Leo Aragon

Something is seriously wrong with Leo... :look:

Oh and your reply was great Jeb! :sweet:

Luckily, he forgot to say the magic words, so his letter won't be sent  .

Yeah, I found it a great reply, too. Haldor will have to look out for his "other mother-in-law" .

I don't think Lord Kapriel will reply to this. He is too furious to write a letter.

So it will be a boy then...

Regardless the concept is amusing, and it might be interesting to see heroes abusing this. You can have a hero what knows a lot about ancient machinery talk to a hero who knows a lot of psychology, allowing the two of them to trade information and help each other complete quests. Pretty much what De'kra and Arthur had been doing, but on a larger scale.

Speaking of which it looks like De'kra will have to wait till after the third wave of Quest 17 for a reply. Still, this will just mean that the reply is well thought out and not rushed.
