Sandy Posted March 21, 2012 Author Posted March 21, 2012 Do Bedrolls allow Ether to be regained, or just Health? I seem to remember a Quest in which Ether was regained, but the Rules and the description in the Marketplace only mention Health. Ah, so it does. I guess I initially meant the bedroll to only restore health (or Pandora did, since the item was her idea), but I for one have allowed them to restore ether as well. I'd say for simplicity's sake it should restore both. I'll edit the Marketplace description. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Okay, got it. K-nut should be happy to hear that. Quote

The Legonater Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 OMG what if they all worked together. I'd add Dave Rapp of Brick Earth Saga to that list, he's pretty good as well. I'm absolutely loving this combined idea. It'd be perfect. Quote
Quarryman Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Argh! I want in Quest 26, it is set in a quarry! Sounds like a quest for me then. Quote
K-Nut Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 I swear, I'm thinking harder on how to give Luke my Garnet more than I have on the entire quest! Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 I swear, I'm thinking harder on how to give Luke my Garnet more than I have on the entire quest! Doc can't counter my hypnotism method! That actually works. Quote
Flipz Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Doc can't counter my hypnotism method! That actually works. Right, everyone on Quest 17 (and Tanma as well, since De'kra can communicate with Arthur), start watching Mythbusters marathons nao. We should be able to MacGyver up a defensive strategy with the destructive capacity of a tactical nuke but the pinpoint accuracy of a sniper round. (Actually, Arthur sent Cinna one of those journals...Darkdragon, write something! In other news: for future reference (obviously, we won't be able to do it this Quest thanks to sleeping beauty and his bedroll ), what gem (if any) would be most suited for creating quantum singularities? Not for a player effect, at least not directly. Alright, I'm going to go look up about thirty different medieval videogame Let's Plays now so I can borrow their traps, see you in a bit! Quote

Okay, first line the fort with jet engines, they will totally knock over all the elven Taxis. You can power the jets with a ton of Bagdad batteries and Althior's Topaz. You can also bombard the elves with frozen turkeys if you run out of stones. In case they attack at night all of you should wear eyepatches, but resist the urge to make a giant lego ball of destruction. That event was faked, and it would take such a large chunk of the battlefield to make that it won't be worth it. You should also make that arrow machine gun. ...you know even I don't know if I am serious. The arrow machine gun is fesible though. Quote
The Legonater Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 You should also make that arrow machine gun. They already made the Hwacha What was that ancient pottery battery? Was that the Bagdad Battery you mentioned? Quote
Tanma Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 They already made the Hwacha What was that ancient pottery battery? Was that the Bagdad Battery you mentioned? Their current arrow weapon unleashes a rain of fifteen arrows aimed in the general direction of an army all at once. (as far as I can see) The arrow machine gun is more precise and only fires one arrow at a time, but it fires swiftly and automatically reloads. So in one round it could score multiple hits on a singular foe, while the other device seems to fire one hit on multiple foes. And since we know that the enemy leader is powerful, this could allow them to weaken him rapidly from a safe distance. correct. Quote

Bioniclover Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 Argh! I want in Quest 26, it is set in a quarry! UsernameMDM, do you think it is possible quest 20 ends in time? We need to get Guts, Dak and Knifk into that Quest together. Underground Hero Power Trio, anyone? Quote

Let's see, opening two rounds of Hwacha vs. Western Elves? That should keep them busy just long enough for us to pick off the most dangerous Elves along the other sides. Quote

In theory, best course of action would be to trade with Dyric, get the 30 gold, then sell Dyric's dagger to Hybros, adn get the rest of it. No, I am not just trying to get the WP:7 throwing knife for myself, why do you ask? Quote
Flipz Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 FYI, K-nut, Doc, I edited my last post in Quest 17. Quote
