Tanma Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 (edited) Anyone else notice the common theme with Alexis's summons? Opal: snow/hail Topaz: lightning Aquamarine: rain It seems all of them are connected to the weather. Maybe her next gem will be a Sapphire? Edited April 4, 2012 by Tanma Quote
Masked Builder Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 I think that's how it has worked out. I know which gems I need to get though. Quote
Flipz Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 I think that's how it has worked out. I know which gems I need to get though. Since you have a Ruby, is Mandy going to be your Fire summon? (Or is that a secret?) Quote
LEGOman273 Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Gnorf Scout, front row. "Die, jackass." Alisha always makes me laugh! :roflmao: :iamded_lol: Quote
Tanma Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) GM Note: I thought I did that. I'll just incorporate it into this round. Skrall vs. Docken: Shield Docken vs. Skrall: Shield Skrall, you get a bit pissed at Dockens cool moves, and swat him out of the way with your hand gently. As he gets up, you fire an arrow straight through his shield into his chest. He falls back, dead KO'd. Skrall is victorious! Both combatants are restored to full health. Consumables are not replaced and XP is not gained. GM Note: Huh? Karzahni, I had so much money riding on Docken. I should have known not to bet against a Skrall in the arena, they never lose. RPGer Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Woah... ( Makes mental note not to cross Skrall ), SP 15 shield + WP 9 weapon, but some measly ogre KO's him! Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) Woah... ( Makes mental note not to cross Skrall ), SP 15 shield + WP 9 weapon, but some measly ogre KO's him! Measly Remember ogres like Skrall eat level 1 mages for breakfast I wasn't expecting it either, I was planning a whole role playing choice based on Skrall losing, now it's back to the drawing board I guess. Sisco Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Do other QM's get that "Mwahahaaha" feeling when they roll a six, or is that just me? In quest 21 I did for the first four or five times, then it became every single role. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Measly Remember ogres like Skrall eat level 1 mages for breakfast I wasn't expecting it either, I was planning a whole role playing choice based on Skrall losing, now it's back to the drawing board I guess. We can always do it again with the normal Back Row rules, if you prefer. Awesome fight, though. Man, if I had just let you challenge me instead of the other way around, my Shield would've been fired first... Quote
Xarrzan Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Question for anyone. Does Encouraged double your total final damage? Example: Hero Lvl 2 WP:3 Attacking from Front Row [3 (WP) + 2 (Lvl)] x 2 (Encouraged) = 10? Quote
Mibbiwocket Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 I'm really excited to be on my first quest. Hopefully my questmates will be effective meat shields! Quote
Masked Builder Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 For those of you who don't read the hall topic: Since you have a Ruby, is Mandy going to be your Fire summon? (Or is that a secret?) Yes she is, I'm trying to figure out some good role-playing with that particular one though. Quote
Jebediahs Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Question for anyone. Does Encouraged double your total final damage? Example: Hm, I don't know now 'cuz when I QM'd I was (perhaps mistakenly) doubling all damage from the Encouraged effect but the wording for Mead makes it seem like only your Power or /roll of 3 is doubled. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Hm, I don't know now 'cuz when I QM'd I was (perhaps mistakenly) doubling all damage from the Encouraged effect but the wording for Mead makes it seem like only your Power or /roll of 3 is doubled. As far as I can tell, everywhere it was used, all damage was doubled. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 I've doubled total Damage whenever I QMed users of Mead. It might not be a bad idea to change that, though, seeing how powerful some players are now. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 I've doubled total Damage whenever I QMed users of Mead. It might not be a bad idea to change that, though, seeing how powerful some players are now. I disagree. it already got nerfed by a 50% price increase. Quote
Bioniclover Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 QM Note: No, sorry. You're inside the bottom level of the West Wall, while the Saboteurs are on the second level of the North-West Tower. You'd have to throw the bomb down a corridor, through a doorway, and up a staircase. If only you had Artramor and his badass bomb throwing skills... Quote
CMP Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 If only you had Artramor and his badass bomb throwing skills... Nope, he would've just strapped a bomb to Althior and sent him off into the elven force. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 I disagree. it already got nerfed by a 50% price increase. It did? I didn't notice that. In that case, then, it's probably fine as-is. Quote

Flipz Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 That die... *snip* I hereby vote that that be added to the Eurobricks emoticons. Quote
RPGer Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 I hereby vote that that be added to the Eurobricks emoticons. Seconded! Quote
K-Nut Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Nope, he would've just strapped a bomb to Althior and sent him off into the elven force. Althior, he'd probably just strap it to Finnegan. Though Arthur would try to come up with some nifty fancy pants siege engine. Quote
