Waterbrick Down Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Two quick questions, If a Warden rolls two shields in back to back turns does his health quadrouple (assuming he isn't hit in the first round)? If a Cleric rolls Special Guard while a Warden has his Aura up, is the effect still canceled by the Special Gaurd or does the Warden take the effect from the special damage roll regardless of the the Cleric's Special Guard? Brickdoctor Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 If a Warden rolls two shields in back to back turns does his health quadrouple (assuming he isn't hit in the first round)? Only Health not exceeding the maximum HP is kept at the end of the Round, and the doubled Health doesn't take effect until the end of the Round, so I assume that Health is returned to normal and then doubled again. Jebediahs Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 -Belt- allows hero to carry an extra artifact "And, you get possessions from the fallen draugr, some are artifacts. " says Cleric Wulf. Does that thing allow you to carry three artifacts in addition to the belt? Quote
CMP Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 You can carry as many artifacts as you like, but can only have 2 equipped, and they can't be on the same body part. Can you describe how it works a little bit more? Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Here's what it really does: Belt- Holds your pants up. Now the hand that you were using to keep your pants up is free to hold a weapon or shield. Usable only by characters with extra baggy pants. (Does not carry the -1 penalty to coolness that suspenders do.) Sorry, couldn't resist. Quote

If I haven't closed sign-ups before you get back, then you can sign up. (which, of course, doesn't mean that you will or will not get picked) Quote

Fred Daniel Yam Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Harkenshire's unexpected expertise unexpectedly brilliant Ranger Thank you, thank you. I try. Quote
Rumble Strike Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Thanks for picking me on the quest, Zeph. Tarn is certainly hanging with some renowned heroes again, should be a lot of fun teaming with them. Quote

Scubacarrot Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I'll edit that then. The belt allows 3 artifacts to be equipped, NOT including the belt. No offense, but that seems really overpowered, since you are basically adding another item slot for a character, effectively causing one character to be much powerful than others, if all slots are used Quote
UsernameMDM Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I'll edit that then. The belt allows 3 artifacts to be equipped, NOT including the belt. Isn't that circumventing an established rule of only 2 artefacts equipped at a time? Quote
Scorpiox Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 No offense, but that seems really overpowered, since you are basically adding another item slot for a character, effectively causing one character to be much powerful than others, if all slots are used I would call it powerful, not overpowered. It is just as much a fair reward as a life-draining weapon, and if there was something wrong with it, Sandy would have said. Can I, as a Cleric, use the items? Or would they just be for me to sell? I'm sorry guys for holding you all up. It is the norm for an artifact to be useable by everyone unless the description states so. Quote

Scubacarrot Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Maybe you two are right, I seem to be shouting "This is OP uggggh" a lot lately . Quote
LEGOman273 Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I find it clear, like a few other heroes, that these multi-Quests can only lead to one thing. Invasion War. "Come on, Bubble! Show your traitorous goateed face!" :iamded_lol: Quote
CMP Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 The belt allows 3 artifacts to be equipped, NOT including the belt. Okay....so you can wear an artifact an three different body parts rather than one, right? Quote
LEGOman273 Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 (edited) "I will not forget your courage, friend. Hopefully we have this thing down before too long. Jess! Good to see you up and running again." Haldor climbs up on a bannister and leaps down, elbow outstreched, onto the rug. You know, like they do in WWE. Heroica never fails to amuse me. They have WWE in Heroica? Edited April 20, 2012 by LEGOman273 Quote
Jedi master Brick Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Okay....so you can wear an artifact an three different body parts rather than one, right? I think that is what it does Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Actually you can only wear 1 artifact (i.e. special enhancing item) per body part and currently the maximum you can equip is 2 on your character. The belt allows you to equip a maximum of 3 artifacts on your character. Quote
CMP Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 The belt allows you to equip a maximum of 3 artifacts on your character. Right, not to mention the belt itself has to be classified (I'd assume bodywear). So while it may be a very powerful artifact you'd still be unable to stack artifacts of the same body part together, I think. Quote
