Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 I am grounded in the hall till August at least. In the mean time, you could go fight some piles of gold with me and Endgame. Quote
TheBoyWonder Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 (edited) Lycanthropes do not do much against gold unfortunatley. EDIT: May as well, got nothing better to do, sign me up! Edited July 3, 2012 by TheBoyWonder Quote
Endgame Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 For the record, I only let Capn win because my lunch was coming out of the oven (Mmmmm... ham) and I was really hungry. Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 For the record, I only let Capn win because my lunch was coming out of the oven (Mmmmm... ham) and I was really hungry. Shhh!!! Quote
Endgame Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Shhh!!! Search your feelings, Capn - you know it to be true! On a more serious note, I nearly have the next set of Q36 nice and ready. Quote
Palathadric Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 For the record, I will take into account how much booze you have on you when making my next battles. Just a disclaimer. Cheater, cheater! We want booze. We won't be happy without booze. Quote
K-Nut Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Cheater, cheater! We want booze. We won't be happy without booze. Shame on you! You're the priest! You aren't supposed to have booze! Quote
Palathadric Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Ok. The quest should be up Tomorrow. The chosen heroes are: Benji Carvenhall (played by Flare.) *Party Leader* Drake Flamerobe (played by xxlrocka) Sorrow (played by endgame) Why do I have the feeling that Sorrow is going to freak the poor princess out?! Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Why do I have the feeling that Sorrow is going to freak the poor princess out?! How do we know the princess isn't actually undead? Hmm? Quote
Palathadric Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Eubric is being over-run! I think Monk Pretzel would want to die...but he's already as close to Hell as he could get at the moment. Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Eubric is being over-run! I think Monk Pretzel would want to die...but he's already as close to Hell as he could get at the moment. Alexandre's in heaven. An epic bad guy in black to fight, only him, all the loot for himself, what more could I ask? Quote
Palathadric Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Alexandre's in heaven. An epic bad guy in black to fight, only him, all the loot for himself, what more could I ask? A chance to put all that loot to a useful purpose. I heard loot is pretty useless where you are. Quote
Endgame Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Syntax actually had the gall to say I was so ulgy i'd scare the princess out of the 50 story window! Unbeliviable!! Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 (edited) A chance to put all that loot to a useful purpose. I heard loot is pretty useless where you are. I'll just put it in a pile, fight it, and get MOAR loot and XP! EDIT: Who is Syntax? Edited July 3, 2012 by Capt.JohnPaul Quote
Palathadric Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 (edited) I'll just put it in a pile, fight it, and get MOAR loot and XP! EDIT: Who is Syntax? Wise choice! Alexandre the hero who protects the common people from the wealth. Alexandre is a greater priest than even Monk Pretzel. Syntax is an evil demon who does a lot of evil things to a lot of ev...people. Bad guy. Don't want to meet him in the dark. Edited July 3, 2012 by Palathadric Quote
Endgame Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 (edited) Syntax is Sorrow's alter-ego. After recieving a thunderbolt to the face to restart his heart after a heart attack, his pysche split in two. Syntax is essentially everything evil about Sorrow wrapped in a nice neat package of eternal pain, suffering and sarcasm! Edited July 3, 2012 by Endgame Quote
CMP Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Syntax is essentially everything evil about Sorrow wrapped in a nice neat package of eternal pain, suffering and sarcasm! Just your average alternate personality. Quote
Endgame Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 (edited) Just your average alternate personality. Well, I do have something esle planned for him. Other than being greentext... Edited July 3, 2012 by Endgame Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Wise choice! Alexandre the hero who protects the common people from the wealth. Alexandre is a greater priest than even Monk Pretzel. Nah you're too kind. He's just the knight who believes firmly in chivalry. Perhaps he could be Monk Pretzel's bodyguard? Who knows, maybe for a simple payment, Alexandre could fight in the arena for Pretzels name, and you get all the rewards. Quote

Now let us discuss business, what rewards are there for me from your fighting in the arena? Quote

CMP Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 I'm aware this isn't going to get an actual answer anytime soon, I'm just sort of interested on hearing anyone else's thoughts - does anyone think that the artifact cap may be too limiting in the future? I know a lot of us don't even have any yet, but I have no doubt that with the upcoming artifact store and many quests that'll come up eventually, soon we'll be overflowing with them. That said, labelling the artifacts for certain slots on a hero seems to be doing a decent job keeping them limited already. Does anyone think the cap could use some expanding, for example, you're able to wear an extra artifact once you hit level 30 or 40 or so? Again, just looking to see what other people think, and we've run out of things to discuss recently.... Quote

Sisco Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Short answer: No. Long answer: Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Elaborate please? I personally think it's a decent idea. He's right about a lot of us soon being overflowed with artifacts. Quote
