Congrats, Cornelius! Like Zepher said, no worries if you have more important things to worry about than the quest.

Denerii hovers above Skrall

Hey you! Ogre! My name is Dee-nair-eeeee. Not Dee-nair-ry. Get it right you lump. But you're pretty good with that bow though, so I might forgive you.

Actually Skrall spells it the "right way". Denarii is the plural form of the Roman coin called the Denarius. I (and Rome: Total War) spelled it "wrong".

Just echoing everyone else, Congratulations Cornelius! :sweet::thumbup:

Zepher, the battle we are in is very creative, fun, and makes very clever use of both new mechanics and the battle system, awesome!

DD, that was a twist I did not see coming.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the twist. :classic:

Wish my travel wasnt delaying me update the quest though. I'm sittin at an airport on my phone :hmpf_bad:

Zepher, I am astounded that you can juggle 3 quests at once.

Well, one of them seems to be the smallest quest ever, in any case.

I worked up to it. Dastan I only have to update every 3 or so rounds, and CMP is right in saying 41 might be a... smaller scale quest. I want a second sign-up so we can get rolling!

And thanks Scuba! If you're liking this battle, the rest of the quest should intrigue you as well!

"Erdathcath! Are you ok? I have never seen anything quite like that..."

Didn't Nur do the same thing, like, the post before yours in the training hall?:laugh: Nice roleplaying. Fitting look for a semi-tree person.

Oh, yeah his was with rocks right?

I actually just made that up as I was going along, and now I realized that I wasn't the first to have something like that. default_laugh_new.gif

There's always a bigger fish.

Congratulations, CM! :classic:

Sorry, Endgame and everyone else on Quest #36. I haven't had any internet for a few days now. Just glad it didn't happen while anything too important was going on and I made it back in time to meet Mr. Death Progg.

Oh, and welcome back Flipz! Really glad to have you back in the game. :classic:

Always bigger fish indeed...

The Death Progg has been waiting for you, Palathadric! Hopefully Zakura will post soon and we can get this final battle on the road.

Ok. So I go and continue reading your quest like I've been doing and imagine what the Death Progg will look like. I thought it would be a dark or black toxiprogg, but maybe 3 times bigger and have a shield or something. Then I scroll down. *oh2* And I see something the size of a building. *huh*

Death Progg SMASH!!

...

Proportionally, the Death Progg is 5 times the size of an Artillery Progg and 5.5 the size of a normal Progg. Why'd you think he'd be a Toxxiprogg, though? :classic:

Hey, what are the requirements for being a QM? I realize that I'm a noob with no experience with the game, but I'm very intrigued by the creative process of quest making (in fact, more so than quest taking) and would like to make my own quest eventually.

Except Arthur isn't a ladies man. :snicker::poke:

Did you not read my backstory flashback in Quest 31? :snicker::tongue:

Adam, the Quest Masters' Lounge has a good guide in the first post, though there are plenty of discussions about balance and Quest design both there and here (though reading several hundred pages' worth of discussion in this topic may not be as appealing to you as it was to me  ). I'll put a link to the QM's Lounge in this post in a second.

EDIT: Here you go!

When my quest is over, I'm posting a "Behind the scenes" if you're interested. Though it is more technical. Since it is going to be a story, I can't reveal too much. But maybe I'll say what real-life event it is connected too.

I did. I mean it was Arthur's love and all that.... but you know... it wasn't a James' Bond ladies man like Lycan. :laugh_hard::rofl:

Thanks, you two! I'm reading through the QM Lounge now and I'll be paying close attention to that "Behind the scenes". default_satisfied.gif
