K-Nut Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I never thought it was specified. Curse you Bob! Quote
Rumble Strike Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I have to admit, I thought it was pretty sweet to be in a Quest with such attractive ladies in Ellaria, Alexis and Tesni. If we could've somehow got Jess in there Tarn would've been the luckiest Barbarian in all of Eubric! Quote
CMP Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 If we could've somehow got Jess in there Tarn would've been the luckiest Barbarian in all of Eubric! You'd have a homicidal norse cleric after your head, though. Quote

Speaking of Jess, she's following the trend of the female heroes and getting a makeover when she gets back to Eubric. Quote

Sisco Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Hurrah! We can go shopping! I think we need a "clothes vendor" in the marketplace now. "Free clothes for the lovely heroines of Eubric!" Quote
CMP Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I'm gonna wait until level 15 until I change up Atramor...I'm heartbroken over whether I'm keeping his hat or not though. Quote
Rumble Strike Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I don't think I can make Tarn even more attractive, it wouldn't be fair on anyone else. It'd be like the all over again Quote

Waterbrick Down Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Pffft, he's just a cleric Don't forget about his two shady friends Skrall and Nur, we wolfpack supporters got to stick together Quote
Sisco Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Now now, boys. No fighting over little 'ol Jess. Quote
Rumble Strike Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 "I suggest a new strategy - let the Wookie Ogre win!" Quote
K-Nut Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I'll turn them into toads, and then there'll be a clear winner. Quote

Brickdoctor Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I was actually thinking of a more advanced system, IE, taking different attack positions, as opposed to just front or back row. The best part is, it doesn't need to affect the main rules, just the Quests that'd want the system. It'd add another layer of strategy to the game. Flanking bonuses! Terrain modifiers! Line-of-sight! Weather modifiers! Quote
CMP Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Flanking bonuses! Terrain modifiers! Line-of-sight! Weather modifiers! Well, it'll be tough to organize since everybody has all sorts of enviroments. The first, however, is kind of taking place. Might be able to do something with line-of-sight... So far, I have 4 more rows to fight from, and 4 more kinds of battle rolls. (Hope you all have plenty of 10-sided die. ) Still think there could be more, though. But I like the ideas. If you have any more, shoot. Quote
K-Nut Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Yes, my big secret that has changed Althior is out. Celebrate if you must. I hope it's not braking any rules of the game. Quote
Zepher Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Barbarians are the best class. I've decided. Quote

No more than Sylph's bat, Owen's hawk, Daggerfall's hound, or Atramor's McCafferey do, though none of them have been known to carry on a conversation. It may present some difficulty for quests like Zepher's where the heroes have been stripped of all their items and such but I'll let Sandy have the final word on it. I will admit that it's a good solution to the "magical shrinking purse" cop-out. I can't wait for closer pictures, is the figure transparent or is it a brick-built body? Quote
Peppermint_M Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 I have you know it is a shrinking sword! A blade gifted by the gods has many strange powers that unfortunately do not work in battle. The rest of it is simply me decision that bottles and vials are small. Quote

It's brick-built, using the rememberall from Harry Potter. I will say it was a pain making him. Quote
Darkdragon Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 I think it would be very useful at this point to have a Heroica Index pinned at the top of this forum. Quote
Professor Flitwick Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 I think it would be very useful at this point to have a Heroica Index pinned at the top of this forum. Is it really necessary? The main threads (Heroica Hall, Quest Masters, Market Place, the Library and this thread) are always on the main page, so you only need to scroll down a bit to find them. The library also has links to all of the Quests, so in essence, it is the Heroica Index. Quote
Masked Builder Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 I agree with Flitwick here. It's still pretty popluar right now. Quote
