Waterbrick Down Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Endgame, I think the skeleton decoy that Althior setup should have more health as it absorbs the damage that a player would have taken if my understanding is correct. So if Althior was in the back row when healing himself that would be (15/2)-4=3 damage done to the decoy. Quote
Flipz Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 I think the beneficial scrolls, as replacements for consumables, should simply not be allowed to be used outside of battle, the same way that the Healing Staff cannot be used outside of battle as a replacement for a Cleric or consumables. On the other hand, I think the negative effect, aggressive scrolls should be a 100% chance of success outside battle, as they'll probably always be used to get around obstacles, just as elemental magic is used outside of battle. Here here, as a long term investment, tonics are cheaper than nostrums which is basically what you are creating in this instance. I agree that positive effects should be left for in battle only, that's what consumables are for. Agreed. All right, I can agree with this, but ONLY if the beneficial scrolls stay at a 100% chance success rate. A 50/50 chance AND in-battle use only would make them TOO weak. Quote

A 50/50 chance AND in-battle use only would make them TOO weak. A 100% success rate actually doesn't sound that bad, it basically means you get get Nostrums (in a Scroll of Luck's case) for 30 Gold (The cost of a Grand Tonic) instead of 35 Gold. Though I think having all of these scrolls kind of takes away from the uniqueness of the Minstrel's ability to buff the Party's stats. Quote

Yeah, I don't think there should be that many more scrolls. There's more of them than there are Minstrel songs already. Quote
Endgame Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Oops, lemme edit that then. Endgame, if I was to roll Inky's Censor special, would Althior be able to spend 7 ether to remove it from me (or can only the individual do it)? Of course Althior could remove it. Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Endgame! I sat on it over night. (feather duster.) 16. Use the end to rub as hard as you can over someone's skin, then eventually "eroding" all the way through the body. Quote
Masked Builder Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Excellent batch of enemies Sandy! You did an excellent job RP'ing them too. Quote
The_Customizer Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 When she returns from her current quest Erdy is planning on going on the Fields of Glory, anyone want to go with her specifically? Quote

posades Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 I should have taken 3 damage this last round, right Endgame (15/2 - 5 defense)? Quote
Masked Builder Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Haha, thanks! I just love butchering classic literature, folklore and myths. I've been trying to figure out which story would work for my quest. Quote

Professor Flitwick Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Sandy, was the figure in Fishmarket with the Scout Trooper helmet (in Quest 6) also a priestess of Danab? Or was she just a background character, that coincidently looked like a Priestess of Danab? Quote
Adam Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 I won't go into as much detail as I did with Khorne but I won't be available on eurobricks for a little while. Sorry guys! Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 I won't go into as much detail as I did with Khorne but I won't be available on eurobricks for a little while. Sorry guys! No problem, Heroica is one of those games which you can pick up and drop and then come back to pretty easily. We'll look forward to your return. Quote
Scorpiox Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Endgame! I sat on it over night. (feather duster.) Oh, I think that you've fallen victim to method 5. Quote
Endgame Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Oh, I think that you've fallen victim to method 5. Hopefully it was the fluffy end... Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Are you thinking what I think you're thinking? Quote
Zepher Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Sorry everyone, another hour until updates. Family comes first, I am certain you all understand. Just trying to keep you in the loop! Quote
Chromeknight Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 When she returns from her current quest Erdy is planning on going on the Fields of Glory, anyone want to go with her specifically? Assuming I'm not on quest, yes. It'd make an interesting party, with multiple healers. Slower but longer lasting. We'd need a tank though... Quote
Bricksandparts Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 When she returns from her current quest Erdy is planning on going on the Fields of Glory, anyone want to go with her specifically? I'd like to join up with my old quest-mate, Sure! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Quest 1 veterans, how feasible do you think it is to get back together for a(nother) run at Farmer Donauld's fields? I know Fred Fred and Tammo are semi-active in Heroica, Lego Pinocchio, I believe, is inactive on EB, and Pep just left on a new quest, but... Quote

No problem, Heroica is one of those games which you can pick up and drop and then come back to pretty easily. Well yeah, but not when you're on a quest. As a reminder, don't sign up into quests if you are not sure you can play in the near future! Quote

Waterbrick Down Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Sandy, I'm curious as to where the head for the Zombie Peasant in the unlimeted quest comes from. Quote
