Sandy Posted August 23, 2012 Author Posted August 23, 2012 Sandy, I'm curious as to where the head for the Zombie Peasant in the unlimeted quest comes from. It's Maccus's head, from the Pirates of the Caribbean line. Looks fitting, doesn't it? Quote

Sandy Posted August 23, 2012 Author Posted August 23, 2012 I thought up a new ruling to ease the SP problem that QMs are having (me included). When several enemies get Free Hits on the same hero, their attacks are combined. The hero's SP is counted only once against this combo attack. E.g. two level 5 monsters get a Free Hit on a hero with SP of 5; the total damage is 10, of which 5 is inflicted on the hero. The free hit mechanic would otherwise be unaltered, so a party of three would have to get 4 free hits for this ruling to take place. How would this sound to you guys? Quote
Endgame Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Khorne, did I ever tell you your photo editing skills are awesome? Q45 is one of the best looking quests yet! Also, Sandy, sound like a good rule to me. Quote

I like it, it makes much more sense than the ALOD rule. Quote

Brickdoctor Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 That works for me. Makes sense logically, too; if a hero is too busy to target an enemy to take Free Hits, he's also obviously too busy to be able to turn his shield towards every one of their attacks. Quote
CMP Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Would the Counterstrike Gloves still get a free hit on each opponent? I like this idea either way, I just want to clarify if it does or not. Also: jeez, Khorne. The table of documents looks amazing. Quote

The table of documents looks amazing. Thanks guys ! The pictures with all those documents wasn't really that hard to create. It's really basic Photoshop all . I considered drawing the flowers in the alchemy book myself, to stylize them like LEGO flowers, but I didn't have the time to do so. I did however, draw that World Tree myself . A question: do you think my enemies are balanced or are they too easy/hard? I really had a hard time figuring out decent stats for them. Quote

Zark is well matched for the lowest, Siercon for the middle and me for the highest. Quote
Sandy Posted August 23, 2012 Author Posted August 23, 2012 Glad you like it! I'll add it to the official rules, please start applying it from this moment on. Yes, the artifact would still work the same way as it did before. Quote

Hurrah for Rangers and Aim! I don't think anything else needs be said. With the current amount of Gold, Guts could upgrade his dagger eleven points to WP: 25 and still have over a hundred Gold left to buy more Nostrums. Quote
