Sandy Posted October 13, 2011 Author Posted October 13, 2011 I did everything correct with my weapon upgrade correct? Yes, though you can simply write your weapon as Mockthril Longbow (WP: 8, lightning-elemental). Quote
Jebediahs Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Now that Quest #4 is taking a break in Eubric, does that mean anyone can post in your quest? I hang my cloak by the door, and walk into the hall again. I look for someone to talk to, and notice an ogre and a Dark Mage sitting at the bar. I sit in an empty seat near them, and adress them. "Hello, I've never met an ogre before. How is it, being so...big?" Once again, I wince at my bad communication skills. OOC: How do you like my character? Mopag's pale skin and an elf's face/expression. Seems like a good half-elf Mopag to me. Quote

Mopag's pale skin and an elf's face/expression. Seems like a good half-elf Mopag to me. Thank you! The only thing that I wasn't sure about was that the hair I picked wouldn't cover an elf's ears, but since Dak is a half-elf, I thought it would be alright. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Now that Quest #4 is taking a break in Eubric, does that mean anyone can post in your quest? No. If the heroes want to interact, they're allowed to go to Heroica Hall for a short time. The other heroes don't know where the party is waiting in-character. Quote
Tanma Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 As we have temporarily come back from our quest to sell/buy/meet people, I wish to sell my Shadeux Sword for 20 Gold, My chaos saber for 15 gold, and My leo Shield for 10 Gold. So : 45 Gold. I don't think you can sell the Shadeaux sword yet, its meant to be payment for winning the quest. Since we don't know if we will succeed yet in our mission, we don't technically own our Shadeaux tools yet. Quote

Princess Storm Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Though I'm not actually playing the game at the moment, may I still post here? I'm enjoying following the quests and the goings-on in the Hall so much! Really imaginative characters are emerging (I love De'kra's development at the moment!). I hope the RPG is long-running, so that when I'm back with my bricks I can join in - I even have my character worked out already, though she's not as imaginative as some of those here Quote

I think it's happened a few times before. Quote

Brickdoctor Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Do realize that whether or not you 'fix' De'kra, it won't get you any closer to solving the Quest. Quote
Zepher Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 I love all these characters so much, I only have one issue, and it's not anyone's fault at all! I personally have a obsession with relationships (not like love interests, but all kinds, friends and enemies and lovers and all those) and while I'm not having trouble keeping characters straight, there are so many people who all interact so much, I'm afraid I'm losing track of who knows who, who is friends with who, who doesn't like who, etc. It's a personal joy/obsession, but I wish I could keep track of it better. It's something I always obsess over - in television shows (LOST in particular) it is fascinating to see how long characters don't and do see each other, and who they are all friends/enemies with. Random thoughts: brought to you by Zepher. Quote

I will even use my little Heroica Hall backdrop. Quote
Tanma Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Do realize that whether or not you 'fix' De'kra, it won't get you any closer to solving the Quest. True enough, this is more of a sub plot. Besides, it is dangerous for De'kra to remember everything. It is fine for him to remember his identity over a long period of time, but if he remembered all of it now and was forced to stay awake, he would automatically be forced to resume his true form... Waterbrick Down Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Same here, if it's preventing anyone from joining up, I'd be glad to make up your minifig. I took all my castle themed Lego to college with me, so I've got a pretty diverse collection in the medieval theme, though I don't have a ton of the female head or hair pieces. Quote

I'd like the hair in dark brown please :) Also, any old blue trousers will do if you don't have those (or if they look odd - I haven't actually tried that combo) Thank you again so much Quote
UsernameMDM Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 How is reputation/status with houses tracked? Will it affect participation with future quests? Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 (edited) How is reputation/status with houses tracked? Will it affect participation with future quests? On the first page of the Heroica Hall topic where all the players are listed, every individual with reputation has it listed in their description. Alternatively some people choose to list their status in their signature. Some Quest Masters, may choose to ban individuals who have recognition with one house or another from participating in their quest altogether, or inversely they may only accept heroes who already have a reputation with them. For other quests, your status may just lower or raise your chances of being accepted, or for some QM's it may not even care what your status is. As of the moment it's not a make or break issue, some people would prefer however to garner closer relationships with certain houses. It's up to you, what you make of it. UsernameMDM Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 ~snip That's what I figured. It would make sense for a person in well with Shadeaux not to be accepted by the Hinckwells and vice versa. Quote

That's not to say you wouldn't be accepted, but your chances would be less than someone who had a neutral stance or a favored stance, unless of course you currently have the kill-on-sight reputation with one of the houses than I would avoid even walking anywhere close to their places of residence:tongue: Quote
