I was shocked by it. Arthur foresaw Wren?

1. Arthur has a connection to the spirit pools...

2. ...through his biological mother, Valentine Zeigfried.

Arthur, I am your mother

No, that's impossible!!

...actually on second thought that explains so much.

I still have that surprise for you I was talking about a while back. :sweet:

Cool. I feared I had ruined it because I kept failing to roll Special Mirror on the Ratmancer, I wanted a rat war so bad.

The Ratmancer was nothing, no, the surprise is something better. :classic::thumbup: And it's a secret.

Pie, Explain how you. Get 128x on rats again please?

x2 on Beasts due to the Ruby, x2 on Beasts and Vermin due to the Opal, x2 on Vermin due to the Sapphire, and then another x2 to Vermin with the Cowl.

Ah, wait, that's not right. One minute.

x32, but that's still a lot.

Yeh, I redid the calculations taking into account how the Hunter's Quiver works, if Skrall favored both Beasts and Vermin, was wearing the Rat Mancer's cowl, wielding Rat's Bane, was encouraged, and the rat was fragile, it would be a x768 multiplier.

Edit: Math error, grand total of 1152x multiplier.

Well, Skrall could retire from Heroica and become an exterminator.

As for Atramor, you need to find a way to deal fragile.

Jeez. *huh* I wish Skrall could use Ratsbane, I wanna see this happen. :cry_sad:

I'm the only one that consistently can.

 Quest 40 is just the most fun team. So many fun interactions. Atramor and Nyx as the bickering siblings, Boomingham and Nyx's relationship, Boomingham and Atramor starting to get each other, Skrall and Boomingham as the old timers, Ellaria's clear distaste for certain members of the party ( :look: ), Rufindel's elven aloofedness... the list just keeps going. It seems no matter who is talking, they have some dynamic to play up.

Yeah, this is a really awesome party.  Everyone works really well together, but then of course there's always friction between several of them.

Yes I really enjoy the interplay between the Questers in #40. All have very distinct 'voices' and personalities. Tarn has quested with several of them and I would love him to play with the others too.

Fun fact for you kids: the scene to display the figures in Haldor's little things was built entirely out of parts from the vignettes for my Batman contest entries.

Corny, we'll meet back at the hall, I do not mind about using essences, but Cronk keeps his word after all, we'll hash it out in the hall!

As for changes, it's a cool new look, I'll have it up tomorrow as I was still trying to decide on shield design today. By the by, Zepher, was Roderick's shield ovoid?

Sorry all from Quest #42, I wasn't able to post in over two days due to our internet connection having problems. That's why I never give a confident "yes" when asked if available to play a mafia game, because I can never be sure what will come up.

So sorry Endgame... some other players and I have a plan in the works.

When timing my quest to go after 35 and 38, I made one fatal flaw:

All of them had their character's epiphany planned.
