posades Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Fabuland and Belville, two themes I definitely wasn't into as a child. That would explain it though, thanks. Quote
The_Customizer Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Thanks Flare, I was hoping there would be a trap, just for the sake of yelling "IT'S A TRAP!" Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Fabuland and Belville, two themes I definitely wasn't into as a child. That would explain it though, thanks. I believe the chest was also featured in one of the recent pirate themed Lego board games. Quote
Flare Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Thanks Flare, I was hoping there would be a trap, just for the sake of yelling "IT'S A TRAP!" Nope, sorry On this note... Please don't split up, because it will make things complicated for me... plus technically you both wouldn't know which way the other person went, so what would I do, make it like a side-quest via PM? If you stay together you will make my life much easier (plus its recommended to stick together since this cave isn't going to be empty rooms and passageways all the way you know...) Quote
Scorpiox Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Sandy, I have a question. What would happen if one were to imbue the powers of the scroll of luck into an artefact? Would the artefact become a permanent lucky-effect item, or would the scroll just reverse and create an immunity to the jinxed effect? Quote

I would assume that it would make the wearer immune to the lucky effect... Quote
The Legonater Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Edit: PM received. Has anyone thought of using the Rohan Soldiers as northern warriors? I'm actually using a lot of Rohan stuff for Duplovia. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 I'm actually using a lot of Rohan stuff for Duplovia. I've always thought that Duplovia would be inhabited by Duplo knights... Quote
CMP Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 I've always thought that Duplovia would be inhabited by Duplo knights... I thought that was the whole premise of Duplovia. Quote
Endgame Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Duplovia, the land of heinously high price per piece ratios! Quote
Sandy Posted October 14, 2012 Author Posted October 14, 2012 I would assume that it would make the wearer immune to the lucky effect... Yes, that. :P Imbuing scrolls and gems to artefacts ONLY grants immunities to respective effects/elements. I've always thought that Duplovia would be inhabited by Duplo knights... Duplovia was founded and built by giants (ie. Duplo figures), but they have perished long since. Or have they...? ;P (No, I'm not doing a quest with Duplo. I don't even own any!) Quote
Endgame Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 "Magic carp" Magikarp, is that you? You've become a lot more useful... Quote
Scorpiox Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 (edited) "Magic carp" Magikarp, is that you? You've become a lot more useful... Magikarp uses splash! It's not very effective... Edited October 14, 2012 by Scorpiox Quote
Endgame Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Magikarp uses splash! It's not very effective... Magikarps can take down legendary pokemon... You just have to use a strategy. Quote
TheBoyWonder Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Sandy, have you reached a decision on Q45 yet? We have received a PM from Khorne, just wanted to know what was happening. Quote
Sandy Posted October 14, 2012 Author Posted October 14, 2012 Sandy, have you reached a decision on Q45 yet? We have received a PM from Khorne, just wanted to know what was happening. Umm, I haven't heard anything from him. Is Khorne giving up on the quest? That would be a real shame... :( Quote
Palathadric Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Eric has withdrawn from quest #42. I really hope Khorne can continue with Quest #45, but I don't know if it's likely. Aquaphant Type: Beast/Aquatic Level: 41 Health: 1320/1320 Special: Rain On Your Parade – Causes 21 water-elemental damage and jinxed-effect to all opponents Drops: 2 Aquamarines, Aqua Gear (adds water-element to physical attacks and protects from water-elemental damage, accessory) In other news, if this is how powerful the beasts are at present I hate to see how strong they get further along. Flipz Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Man, that is one of the coolest enemies I've seen so far. Any chance of a high-res image, Sandy? Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Man, that is one of the coolest enemies I've seen so far. Any chance of a high-res image, Sandy? No, it's not! It's basically an elephant, and I like elephants. I don't want to kill one. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 No, it's not! It's basically an elephant, and I like elephants. I don't want to kill one. I like people, Guts kills them daily. Deal with it. Quote
Endgame Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Roll "Damage" against it, then. Several times. Quote
CMP Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 No, it's not! It's basically an elephant, and I like elephants. I don't want to kill one. You can kill the elephant or admit you just roleplayed. Quote
JimBee Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 That aquaphant is so cool! Now can Docken pull a Legolas? Quote
Scubacarrot Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Is anyone thinking what I'm thinking? Pyrophant? Just me? Now to find my elephant... Quote
