Darkdragon Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 I'm just wondering where the heroes will put their horses when they're not riding them. In our pouches-of-holding of course. ;) Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 De'kra only learned the concept of personal property just before reaching Heroica, after it got beaten into him. Apparently people don't like you breaking their vases to look for valuables, even though there are so many colorful gems within. And so he learned that people can own things and have the right to smash you with a frying pan until you leave. would think they would let short people with funny hats get away with it, but apparently not. I'll give you a hint: go play cards. Quote
Zepher Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Shhhh. I hate the die. Go pick an action! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 De'kra's (Tanma) luck isn't much better. Quote
Tanma Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 De'kra's (Tanma) luck isn't much better. At least De'kra has an excuse in his currently unrevealed origin story. Technically he has two reasons for the universe and or gods to hate him, but one he has no control over so it isn't really his fault. The other reason for the universal kharma De'kra actually remembers, though he won't talk about it around clerics unless they re attacking him. Quote
K-Nut Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 I'm way ahead of you. The Marketplace will get a new visitor closer to Halloween. If he's gone before I return, I'll be really mad. I've been saving up all my gold for this guy! Must have gems! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Waterbrick, the new picture is fine, I actually like it better. How did you make it? Quote
Rumble Strike Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 I was sooooo tempted to OOC this in the quest thread but anyway, thanks for the 2 gold, WBD! Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Waterbrick, the new picture is fine, I actually like it better. How did you make it? I've got a good collection of castle pieces and minifigs with me at college so it wasn't that hard to make yours, photo it, and edit. The only part I was unsure of was the face, since it was obsured in the original photo, so I just used a generic fantasy castle knight. If you quote the first post of the quest, you can grab the image link off of there for your signature. Quote
CMP Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Please let me use my compass please let me use my compass... Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 I'll let you use the compass, the party may not be prepared for what they find however and do you really want to miss out on all the fun of solving the puzzle, it's pretty much straight forward. Trust me, you'll get a chance when your compass is useful later. CMP Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Okay, okay, I heard you the first time... Was gonna suggest searching the other places, we'll probably have to get the supplies anyway. Quote

Sorry about that my phone was stuck, so multiple clicks on submit post yielded multiple repeats of my original statement. Compass problem solved for the moment, don't worry Pie you'll get to use it. Masked Builder Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Hey Sandy, if Jeb is ready, could we start Quest #12 sooner? I understand if he's not but I don't think any of the quests, not mine at least, will be finished before that date. Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 So do I, I couldn't believe it when Prison Riot Mafia started up with another shark headed figure being played by none other than Sandy. Totally a coincidence, really Quote
Rumble Strike Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 I really like your sets WBD, they are adding a lot to the Quest already! Quote
Sandy Posted October 21, 2011 Author Posted October 21, 2011 Hey Sandy, if Jeb is ready, could we start Quest #12 sooner? I understand if he's not but I don't think any of the quests, not mine at least, will be finished before that date. It's up to Jebediahs, and he said that he would like to wait until the start of the next week, just in hopes that some of the on-going quests would have ended by then, releasing some more players to choose from. OOC: I am building these sets in LDD, so I would gladly appreciate if you took extra pictures that you could post at the end so that I could LDD this school for future members to use in quests if wanted. Bricksandparts, I'd greatly appreciate if you stopped posting out-of-character stuff like this to the quest topic. Please use this topic or PMs for that kind of discussions, as well as "going away" messages and such. What comes to your question, I repeat that I have not built a complete MOC for this school. Most of the backgrounds are just single walls built on a plate. So if you want to build the complete school in LDD, you are free to use your imagination. Quote
Jebediahs Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Yeah, and not ready yet. A few images to take and script/difficulty lvl adjustments. Quote
Fred Daniel Yam Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Gurnam really has an attitude towards my character. Quote
Fred Daniel Yam Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 You did just threaten him! He was dealing! Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 It's nothing against you personally volcanicpanik, every city has its more seedy individuals, Gurnam just happens to be one of them. Besides you'd be cranky and doing deals in the Eurbric blackmarket too, if you were stuck selling second-hand sushi and seafood all day Quote
