Dannylonglegs Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 It reduces damage taken. 20 damage against a hero with 8 SP reduces damage to 12. That's what I thought, but I got confused by the first page of this thread. Thanks! ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 It reduces damage taken. 20 damage against a hero with 8 SP reduces damage to 12. If you are in the front row that is. If the hero is in the back row, then it's 20 divided by 2 and then minus the 8 so: (20/2)-8 = 2 damage taken. Quote

Pyrovisionary Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I haven't really checked this thread in a while. Super pleased with Sarge's old man teeth! A Pegleg is all I need now. :P Would it be possible to buy the barbarian's boots, not being able to equip them. And then at level 15 become a raider and equip them? Quote
CMP Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Yeah, but it'd be a bit of a waste of gold if you couldn't use them until then. Quote

Masked Builder Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 I got the parts to finish up Ocven, as well as to make two black versions. I will also be imbedding my summons pictures in my About Me page for you questmasters that might need those. Quote
Flipz Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Well, whatever your name is, it is up to you. Next round I can give you my torch staff. The fire in it will hurt undead. For this round you will have to make do. *cough* staves are unsuitable for Rogues. Quote
Flipz Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Say, Sandy, when is Elphaba going to pay her visit? Also, when you update the Marketplace for that, you might want to update the basic description to mention altering stats in the Hero Statistics topic, rather than altering the stats in signatures. Endgame Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 (edited) As you can probably tell, Punii was made to make the rally battle possible. Ooh, 49 is veering into "Whodunit?" territory. Me likey. Edited October 30, 2012 by Endgame Quote
CMP Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Ooh, 49 is veering into "Whodunit?" territory. Me likey. I knew it. It was just way too peaceful, and the dinner party where everyone got introduced was a dead giveaway that one of them was going to die. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 (edited) As you can probably tell, Punii was made to make the rally battle possible. Yes, I could tell. Does this mean he'll be decommissioned at the end of it? I certainly hope not. I like a little help now and then. The battle's pretty intense. It's really long above all. I also noticed that the mages are designed to make Punii worthless for a time, giving us an opportunity to restock his jellies. In other news, I'm using a notebook to organize the fight now. It just got real. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited October 30, 2012 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Endgame Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 No, Punii is staying for the rest of the quest. i could never bring myself to kill the little fellow off. Quote

CMP Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Yay! I love the lad! He's a high-powered killing-machine! ~Insectoid Aristocrat I like him too. I was skeptical about this battle's difficulty, but considering the consumables, Punii, and a Druid, it's turning out to be a really cool battle. Quote
Flipz Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Punii's awesome. Hopefully Arthur'll get a chance to really chat with him, beyond "oh hey let me accidentally reveal to you that your ex-girlfriend was cheating on you the whole time you were together." That said, Endgame, I really liked the interaction we worked out between Roni and Punii. (Even the names match well! ) If you want to use Roni for anything, just drop me a PM. Quote

It'd be like 300, but it'd be more like 7. Hahahahaha! (the laughs indicate it was a joke and not a suggestion. ) Also, is it intentional that Art C has 92 health? If not, I'll target it instead of B. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited October 30, 2012 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Endgame Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 I believe that it is a phenomena called "copy-pasting." I'd love to have him drop on by Roni and Arthur (but not Caroline, Punii thinks she is scary.) Punii is definately one of my favorite NPCs. Also, the battle has been going on for 2 days and you are already half-way through the kill count. It's not that long. :tongue. Though I'm honored that one of my battles drove someone to using pen-and-paper. This was supposed to be later in the quest, with a kill requirement of 35, but... hey, it is an open-world quest, what can you do. Quote

TheBoyWonder Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Give me dire wolves or proggs anyday. Lycans practically a direwolf, and proggs arent that scary. Battle Ants are ferocious creatures, that would scare Wren. Quote
Endgame Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Ohh, I will change your views on proggs, friend. The Bleeding is part of the Gladius Unit for a very, very good reason. Quote
