Sandy Posted December 17, 2012 Author Posted December 17, 2012 Since my character joined a little over a year ago I had updated his age by adding another year back a month or two ago I did the same thing as well on August. Ellaria started out as 21 years old, now she is 22. Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Stupid Jorke. Why don't things go smooth? Quote

CMP Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Just goes to show, the middle of battle is a bad time to be diplomatic. Quote
Scorpiox Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 I agree, this whole quest has been a fiasco. In places, yes. But at least it looks as though the killer has finally been cornered! Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 You can't blame Cronk for trying. Get in there and help us, Haldor. He'll flee if he's not targeted and Cronk can't physically hit him. I only have one option. Quote

Masked Builder Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Cronk cannot physically attack Jorke but Cronk will hope that attempting to heal Jorke will keep Jorke occupied this round. Well, you're targeting him so we should be okay CM. I'm going to drink one of my nostrums... Quote
Brickdoctor Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Well, you're targeting him so we should be okay CM. I'm going to drink one of my nostrums... You're Stunned; I don't think you can do anything. (unless someone else gives you a Remedy; you can't perform any action yourself so the Remedy would have to come from someone else) Quote

Flipz Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Elgar opens up the chest and finds a wine-red case inside, opening up the case, he finds: Shrapnel Bow: WP: 9, Bow. Every successful hit drops the target's SP by 1. This deadly weapon is certainly one of The Wound's possessions. Dat bow...almost makes me want to go Evoker. Quote
Endgame Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Shrapnel Scroll Bow: Bow, WP: 99. Imparts every scroll effect there ever was and ever will be on every successful hit. Aaaand how about now? Quote
Palathadric Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Dat bow...almost makes me want to go Evoker. It's not like there's such an incredible number of enemies with SP apart from in Endgame's quests. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 It's not like there's such an incredible number of enemies with SP apart from in Endgame's quests. My enemies often have SP, just not a lot of it. I don't see the bow being that useful for Flipz, though, who already has a Scroll of Armor Sundering. (yes, the bow doesn't require Ether, but it only decreases SP by 1, not by 5, which has much less of an impact on a battle) One more question, Albert. Do those Grating Stones work for shields as well? Considering that the way they raise WP would appear to be by sharpening something, I don't think they would work on shields. But if they do, I need you to buy some for me. Say, I don't know... thirty five? Quote
Flipz Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 I just know how dangerous/useful SP is. ...well, except in planning enemies, but I've learned my lesson in that regard! Quote

Etzel Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Damn, I missed the option of Cronk healing Jorke. Now the battle suddenly became way too easy Quote
Endgame Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 So. Haldor's friends are in the middle of a battle with a crazed, murderous cleric whose name sounds like "jerk." This cleric has poisoned them into near submission, and Alexis is completey stunned. And Haldor is busy... eating lunch. Quote
CMP Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 And Haldor is busy... eating lunch. He's also drinking. Reasonable enough excuse, if you ask Atramor... Quote

Sandy Posted December 17, 2012 Author Posted December 17, 2012 ATTENTION TO ALL VETERAN PLAYERS! I'm looking for 1-2 co-hosts for the Unlimited Quest. Lately this game has just taken too much of my time, as much as I love it. I would love to be able to do something else with my ever-growing LEGO collection as well, but the quests take up all my creative juices, and nowadays the battles are getting more and more complex to run. As a co-host for the Fields of Glory, you would take one party under your wing at a time, and run the battles for them. I have all the enemies and locations already done, so you couldn't affect them much, but I hope you won't mind that... If you're interested in this position, please PM me explaining why you would be the best guy or gal for this task. If any of you have further questions about this, please ask them here in public so everyone can see the answers. Thank you for your help in advance! Quote
CMP Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 (edited) Sounds really interesting. How would it work? Would you simply send/post the enemy's stats once the party arrives at a location and then let the co-host run the battle itself, so that they wouldn't have any advantage if their character was to go to the Fields later? Or would it make them ineligible for going at all? Edited December 17, 2012 by CallMePie Quote
Endgame Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 And would there be more Fields of Glory topics? Quote
