Everybody's out on quests to save places,

And Drake's just sitting in the hall drinking like mad.

Sarge never tries to save anyone. Sarge tries to get the gold and annoy all of the NPCs. The currant battle in 42 was Sarge's doing  and there was one in #47 that I caused!

Now, back on-topic

Quest 42 is on topic

Before I forget, loved the reference to Slim Yscum at the end of the Triad Park battle, Zeph.

And sorry to the Tower of Doomers for the lack of updates, although, it looks like it's just Scuba around at the moment. I will get you to the prison soon. Had a few issues this end (power cuts etc).

Speaking of your Quest, is it just me, or do your damage calculations for this past Round seem off? I think the werewolf should have lost more health, and Bob less.

I'll double check it

EDIT: I forgot to subtract health from the werewolf from his second time getting damaged, but Bob's stats looks fine  Thanks for pointing it out.

Okay just thought I'd share my thoughts about Arthur here.

He is an interesting character and one with a great back story and writing, to be sure: hell, did an entire interlude featuring the guy because I liked him. However, I feel, what Arthur needs a little bit more of (or a lot of bit, depends who you talk to  ) is humility. Arrogant characters are intriguing, but it is jarring when it gets to the point where someone asks Arthur if they want to grab some ale and he starts trying to force his beliefs of chaos and grey on someone. You end up alienating a fair portion, of, well, everybody. The fact that Arthur doesn't trust a lot of people is also cool, but maybe you should play it for laughs instead of never talking to them?

Perhaps his recent beatdown at the claws of The Regret, an Order user, would cause him to humble up a bit?

This is in no way a way to bash you Flipz: I love Arthur and admire the amount of work you put into the guy. I just thought I'd share my outlook. :sweet:

I think we were working on it. Once we finalize the new set of more balanced rules (Aims will not be more powerful than Critical Hits :snicker: ), then we can tweak them for team battles if necessary.

Why do the aims deal more damage than the critical hits? :look:

Capt.JohnPaul, I believe Alexander should deal 16 damage to each enemy due to his amethyst.

The gems double the damage given to enemy which affect (For Amethyst, humanoid), right?? :classic:

Capt.JohnPaul has already been notified about that (and ether which should be lowered for spells cast in the first round), no worries Wedge!

Mine is only curiosity to know better the Heroica's mechanism :classic: (With 16 damage for three Guardsman the battle is near the end  )

Technically you are correct, but never discount the luck factor. Imagine the effects of two special damage rolls on archers, on our party... less then 7 health? bye bye

Changed outcome of the first round...

I hope you enjoyed that battle, 48ers! :sweet: I designed it to be Medbay Battle+, basically.

The battle was challenging (considering the number of Phoenix Essences used!) and entertaining. And the loot is excellent too! :sweet:

On an unrelated topic, I do have a number of Grogmas presents to send/suggest, but I need more time to think about it. It will be done before the deadline though!

Allow me to go on record here:

Color-coded battle orders are not a QM's bane.

Docken is not the QM's bane.

It's the megablocking text editor. :sadnew:

Welp, rounds 10 and 11 are now somehow lost to eternity, even though I just fixed Galen's HP. :hmpf_bad:

Argh. Just checked my browser, I don't have the original post anymore.

I love how as technology advances, it becomes more and more unreliable and more and more prone to flights of fancy. Do as you are told, strings of 0's and 1's! :hmpf_bad:

Agreed. :ugh:

It's not the editor as a whole that's the QM's bane, just the RTE. I've said it before, I'll say it again: memorize the common BBCode tags and use the plain text editor. I've never had a problem with it, and other than the need to remember or reference the tags from another window, it's just like what we had before the board upgrade.

#Q55: I was just wondering why Amma's health is 4 of 5? Did she get damage in the last round?

I think, Amma didn't take damage and therefore she should have full health but ether -1.

Well, something is off when I edit 4 numbers, and suddenly the entire post is a scramble of Bbcode tags I never even used. :skeptic: Not to mention 99% of the post deletes itself.

OK, I thought so as well. Guess it will be fixed :classic:

 I WANT this class! :drool_wub:

You might want to get rid of the Scroll of Luck, though, or your Shield's going to be questionably useful.

I wonder if this is a one-off class for an NPC, or the new one? :look: I would assume the former, but still...
