Brickdoctor Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 OOC: What old set was this from? I don't see it in any color other than Dark Tan on BL, so I assume it's edited, the same way the pictures of the different color scrolls in the Marketplace are. Quote
Bricksandparts Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 It looks real, and the color is not just changed, compare: Quote

Waterbrick Down Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 WBD we are able to go back to shops after/if we find Julian right? I want to get a hollow blade, but I don't have nearly enough money right now. I'm afraid the only place you can visit after you find Julian, is Gurnam's and only to pay back your debt. But if you wish to return to him before that to take out a loan, you are more than welcome to do so. The point of Gurnam was to provide acessibilty to quest exclussive items since most people splurge on upgrades before a quest begins. Sort of like in Brickdoctor's quest , where the shops have some pretty cool items, but they're mostly out of everyone's current price range, thus Gurnam gives you cash, but there's a price for the luxary. Rumble Strike Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 Blimey, WBD. I really hope that isn't an anagram! Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) Nope, no anagrams with me. You could always come back in a week, oh and did I mention the old coot also hid the last of the Fractionation Columns Edited October 29, 2011 by Waterbrick Down Quote
Fred Daniel Yam Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Its worse than an anagram, I think its in code! Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) That's only the half of it, I'm afraid. But be consoled, it's not the hardest one in the book. Masked Builder, I don't know if there's a reason for it or not, but K-nut and I should both level up since we were only petrified not knocked out, at least according to the rules. Fred Daniel Yam Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Ok, I've turned the words backwards and it still doesn't make sense, little clue please WBD? Quote
Sandy Posted October 29, 2011 Author Posted October 29, 2011 Ok, I've turned the words backwards and it still doesn't make sense, little clue please WBD? I believe it's a cryptogram. So each letter is actually another letter, and you have to crack the code to find out what it says. But this is just my guess, I don't know for sure. Quote

Tanma Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Nice to see that there are other planets in our solar system, I wonder which one is our's? Either way at the least the name isn't bland like Earth. Who names a mostly ocean planet after dirt anyway? Quote

Tanma Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Land-living creatures? Still, earth is not only uncreative, it doesn't really give the right amount of respect to a home world. You give the prisons and outer rim colonies the bad names and you give the nice habitable worlds names that reflects their pleasant nature. I could understand calling Earth Gaia since that is a word for "earth" yet also elevates the world to mother goddess standing, but dirt has no such positive connotation. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 WBD, What are the letters in the first word? Not the real letters but the ones shown, I'm not sure if they are l's or i's Quote

Waterbrick Down Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) WBD, What are the letters in the first word? Not the real letters but the ones shown, I'm not sure if they are l's or i's The text font should show the distinction, the I's are i's and the l's are L's, though you probably want to keep everything capitalized as it is. Nope, no anagrams with me. You could always come back in a week, oh and did I mention the old coot also hid the last of the Fractionation Columns Nope, sorry I lied, after further study, mine is an anagram, except the words created, don't make any sense However, be glad this isn't a true anagram otherwise you could be here for years. Waterbrick Down Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Would that be the word donations? Emphasized words are usually repeated. That's all I'll say for now. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) Anybody have any ideas on what the 3 and capital I's mean? I've tried every third letter and every third word. Edited October 29, 2011 by soccerkid6 Quote
