But Pretzel and Erdy are nice.. Mostly. Yeah, Sarge is there to make sure everyone else is angry. He distrusts those who are magical or close to magic in any way.. And just about everyone else.

Still, he has some chance of being on sarge's 'Nice' list

I think that the fact that you think Pretzel is nice speaks to your character. The Hall is a vicious place. Everyone thinks mean and bad megablocks are the same thing. Cronk is a perfect example of how thats not true.

Also, the Inquisitors look AWESOME. I wish we had seen more of them before now!

You are misinterpretating. We allow the inquisitors to leave. Haroka gets no such comfort. The only deal was offered to him, was that of a quicker death. Which considering Guts is a sadistic jerk, could still be pretty slow.

Speaking of which, Zeph, an offer of a Familicide spell would likely make for a potent temptation for several Q53 characters.

Also, where did people get the impression Arthur isn't friendly to new Heroes?!? Arthur treats new heroes exactly how Althior treated him.

With all the heroes of the hall... the chances of making a friend off the bat are slim. Romulus, Sarge, Eric, Atramor, Arthur- everyone is either angry, sworn to bother people, violent, cocky or stubborn.

All part rogues. Coincidence I think not.

Enter random mage:

Mage: "Hey dudes, I just defeated some enemies with a firebolt out of my hands!"

Thanks guys, I am glad you all like the Inquisitors. They had to be suitably strange looking mainly to offend Guts at the suggestion he could have been one

Nope, I wing it every time. I know Haroka's health is high, but he is the big boss bad guy, it's to be expected.

Not completely, but I try to make sure the party does not completely die on the first round no matter what they do.

On second glance, the battle is a bit less scary than I initially feared, but the Cursed on hit and a 1/6 chance for Hexed are still very very hard to deal with, as well as high damage and insta-kill chances all around, and a lot of health to chip away.

Like I said, it is the big boss fight. It's even got less people in it that I had planned. To be honest, I'm not sure how the Hexed thing will go, but I wanted to have something that took the Darkstar into account.

I feared we had to deal with Hexed. How I expect the hexed thing will work? Guts rolling Ravage against his own party.

OK, maybe I will amend it to not every party member, just one, who then gets a 1/6 chance. I'd hate for this to end just because some of you guys took a Nostrum!
