CorneliusMurdock Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I mean, seriously, he's not attacking them, he's not running outright, he's actually offering to heal them...what the hell is wrong with the Heroes?! Arthur's been a Chaos user since 38. And he's blatantly stated this over, and over, and over, and over. I don't get why the Heroes are surprised. At all. It's not surprise, Flipz, it's anger. Sure, Arthur's talked about his love for chaos and stuff and even expressed his admiration for Wren but this party of heroes signed on to take down Wren. Our characters are not going to slap Arthur on the back and say "good for you". She's killed some beloved NPCs and is currently trying to kill us all. Our characters are rightfully going to be ticked at one of our own deciding not to fight. Quote
Zepher Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I don't mind that Arthur is taking is stand, Flipz. It's in character. But everyone else turning on him is... in their characters. So, everyone should stop complaining. Flipz is doing stuff in character. Everyone else is doing stuff in character. No one has a right to say anything about it when that happens in an RPG. Quote
Palathadric Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 Right now seems to be a good time for Monk Pretzel to open a "Take a Progg to Dinner" restaurant. ...Not exactly sure where he'll open it though , but there are around 3,000 gold coins that are just itching to find their way into his pocket. Yeah, I can't understand it either, but I have to say, it's a wonder he was accepted on the quest, since everyone knows he's a chaos lover. I have to say though, that it's fun to watch. You'd think that some people would just accept his healing...but I think it's more in-character this way. Besides, Arthur could easily swap the healing staff, for another weapon when the heroes don't suspect. Quote
PsyKater Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 Kintobor, your MOCs (the map and the scenes) are wonderful, I love them. This is already great. Quote
CMP Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 Got around to making Atramor. If you squint, you can almost get the past the fact that he looks like he's high. Minifigs are best left minifigs. Quote

That would be an expensive first date... Maybe they should just go to the movies instead. Quote

You should play with the vertical-scale on the bandana and the vertical-position of the facial features. Still should make for a normal-looking face if you reproportion it a bit. Quote
Chromeknight Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 (edited) Nerwen didn't like how I did her face the first time, so I had to do it all over again because I saved the image but not the file. I still think she looks wierd with a nose. You should play with the vertical-scale on the bandana and the vertical-position of the facial features. Still should make for a normal-looking face if you reproportion it a bit. To get the face right, I used a pre-gen'd face, added the features over it, using it as a placement guide, then deleted the pre-gen'd face from underneath Edited March 13, 2013 by Chromeknight Quote
UsernameMDM Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 (edited) And here it is! Overall, I think it is pretty accurate. I couldn't get the legs perfect however. It is really nice to see all of our characters translated into different forms; it really puts accross what we all intended for our figures to look like when they were designed. . The church is actually a half finished moc! The stain glass windows aren't finished yet, and neither is the steeple, which is why you don't ever see them. Quote

Scubacarrot Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I always imagined Metasimians having feet, they aren't exactly gorillas, right? Quote
UsernameMDM Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I always imagined Metasimians having feet, they aren't exactly gorillas, right? I went back and forth on that. What I did was elongate the body and legs to give it a more human appearance and not the short legged look of a real gorilla. Quote
xxlrocka Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I always imagined Metasimians having feet, they aren't exactly gorillas, right? I've always imagined Metasimians as basically being like the Gorilla Tribe in Chima. Quote

Zepher Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I gotta say, MDM, I'm loving all of these! Very cool. The Boominham is extremely cool, though he ALWAYS has his double swords crossed on his back now, whereas he used to carry them at his side. Quote
Brickington Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 These images are great! I tried to do it, but it turns out I'm to dumb or impatient. Quote
