Scubacarrot Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 I´m pretty sure he was aware. I really can´t figure out why though. Was it a move to show Arthur is ignorant, or a patron to the homeless, or something? Quote
Flipz Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 I´m pretty sure he was aware. I really can´t figure out why though. Was it a move to show Arthur is ignorant, or a patron to the homeless, or something? I am aware. I've discovered that I like people owing me money. ...oh god, I've turned into Gurnam. Arthur needs to stop being part rogue. Once I'm at Expert Class level, then yes, I will. But only mechanically. Quote
Scubacarrot Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 I am aware. I've discovered that I like people owing me money. ...oh god, I've turned into Gurnam. You probably won´t see the money again. You´re talking about the guy that tried to steal scrolls lend to him and sold an item given to him to give to someone else. Quote
Cutcobra Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 (edited) I am aware. I've discovered that I like people owing me money. What if they don't give the money back to you? Edited April 6, 2013 by Eric Su Quote

You´re talking about the guy that tried to steal scrolls lend to him and sold an item given to him to give to someone else. I fully expect preferential treatment if Jebs ever QMs me, then. Actually, I blame Zepher, he's the one who put the idea in my head when he mentioned he likes having Boomingham owe people money. Quote
Zepher Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 (edited) It's who he is. He'd just keep borrowing. I think he lives very much in the now and future (the past being too painful for him) and so he doesn't really think of past debts, he's just sure he will eventually pay everyone back. He did get sort of screwed with his debt to Sorrow though, as Elphaba showed up offering the same thing much more affordably a few days later. He may haggle with you, Endgame... just a warning. Endgame Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 (edited) I am aware. I've discovered that I like people owing me money. ...oh god, I've turned into Gurnam. The wheeler-dealing methods of Gurnam, and the magic and spirit pool connections of Arthur... ...Are ya READY?! Sorrow expects full payment back within a week, or he will collect interest. Excessive amounts of interest. ...48ers, I didn't spook you into silence, did I? Posts that just go "Crikey that be a megabluckin' tough boss monster!" are acceptable. Scorpiox Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Haldor is running a total of two philosophical quotes used in Heroica, and more will follow! Bonus points for identifying what they were. Quote

Dannylonglegs Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Sorry I've been offline so long. It took me 3 hours to Photoshop all the pics for this scene. :enough: :enough: :enough: Updates in 62 and 48 coming soon! I have no life. Quote

Endgame Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Way to complete defuse the battle's weight, Capt. Again. Quote
Cutcobra Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Kintobor if we defeat these 3 Shadows and get back to the entrance of the Mausoleum to get back does it mean we lost the area? Quote
Kintobor Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 No. These guys are the entities that are haunting the mausoleum. Once you defeat them, the area is saved. Then you guys simply have to deal with the ghosts at Tombstone Row, if you so wish to do so. Quote
CorneliusMurdock Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Sounds like I have to make some rewording to the expert job rules... Hey, no nerfing until I actually get to play minstrel! Does this make me the first player to play a Minstrel? Get in line Danny. I'm getting there first. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 There we go. Sorry for all the wait guys. I've been really distracted. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote

Flipz Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 And I've been working madly to try and get the entire interior of the Cathedral of Mercutio built before Spring Break ends. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 (edited) Yes, Endgame, let us engage in glorious battle! Oh, and I just remembered, I have bragging rights for winning the Rap Battle and then winning the battle with Eidoloin. I have to say, the strategic possibilities of this battle have me very excited. I simply adore the Minstrel, and was planning for my second character to be one, but now I'm thinking about somehow fitting Sylph into the role. If only it were called battle-field manipulator instead of being a bard. Perhaps Sylph could play the bagpipes. Get in line Danny. I'm getting there first. Looks like someone's a sore loser! Next up on Quest 48, the Regrets twin sister! Followed by their pet eldeitch abomination! XD You say that as a joke, but... ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited April 7, 2013 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 *incredibly distracted playing Bioshock: Infinite* I'm sorry, what did you say? It good? I know this is off topic but... It's another game, I'm comparing mechanics... Or something on topic like that. I'm the Assasin's-creed-fallout-skyrim-Team-Fortress-Borderlands-Only-sidequests Guy. Literally. I only ever do sidequests. I have completed nearly every quest in skyrim except the main questline. This is of course the upcoming quest #69 Elderscrolls V Quote
Scorpiox Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Ashes to Ashes? Seriously? Ashes to Ashes is many things, but it certainly ain't philosophical! In actual fact; I quotes Nietzche at some point in Quest #38, and Abraham Lincoln in the hall just yesterday. Quote
