...The TPK option still remains available.

No, seriously, I do have a school break come Friday, so I mayy be able to do it? I can't make any guarantees - you still have a boss to clear, as well as an ending sequence to tie up loose ends.

Well, that depends. You guys have successfully completed the quest requirements, so if you guys wanted to after this battle ignore the Tombstone Row, you easily could. This battle was designed with adding an extra challenge, but I think you guys can handle it.

The only reason I would not decide to continue the quest would be because of that beautiful, beautiful Amethyst just waiting for me at the Marketplace

The feelings are mutual.

I'm curious and don't want to crawl through sixty-plus quests (I'm lazy. ), I'll ask first: Do we know what the luckiest and unluckiest Rounds ever run in Heroica are, purely in terms of amounts of each die result? (Disregarding whatever risk was involved or lasting statistical effects, so two Shields in a Round by Shamans facing Undead would still be considered luckier than what the last hero standing - Nur, I believe - did in the mirror battle in the school.)

I know Sandy mentioned in a PM a Round in the Test Quest where only Shields and Critical Hits were rolled, but that's all I know.

That's only if your QM has a kind old heart like me! Other people aren't quite as nice.

On a totally unrelated note, scripting for my next few quests is chugging along. I finished most of the work for the Russel Quest today- most of the enemies are locked, and the plot seems pretty concrete. There will be NO NPCs from the Wren quests, but there will certainly be mentions. I'm looking forward to it! The next Guffington quest's scripting will finish soon too. They will be for parties of 3 and 4 respectively. I'm hoping to get returning questies from the original Guffington, and some of the others that I'm hoping to host.

I'd actually be interested in having you in the second Russel Quest, Docken. I've got a WHOLE anti-SP battle built just for you!  But, if you'd prefer, I could one into Guffington as well.

I'm also, as is my new style, stealing heavily from past enemies I think worked. So far I've lifted people directly from Quest 4 and Quest 50, along with my favorite passive special ever thought up, stolen from our very own Endgame.

No wars, witches, death. Sounds like nice change for Cronk.

Well, I didn't want to go on a Quest with you, either.... :cry_sad:

This is what you should have a bad feeling about.

Sandy & QMs awarding a level of XP: can the hero select when to gain a level or is it automatic?

I will award it automatically after the end of the quest. But a full level means a full level: if you're Level 23 2/3, you will become Level 24 2/3.

Nine heroes? Having giant parties is never going to stop, no matter how difficult it'll seem at one point....

The party will be split from the get-go, sorry.

I know there was a round in Quest 34 where there were like 5 special damages in a row. Luckiest is harder to say, because of Nostrum and stuff.

I'm suing CallMePie for tampering with Random.Org!!! :sing:

:wub_drool: Want that quest so so badly.

We're almost through with #57, so you'll definitely make it back in time for #66 (thats the quest you want, right?)... of course it depends on your and your team-mates activity!

No, it makes perfect sense for me to go through the time and effort to hack a random number generator than it is for me to just make up the results.... In any case, I use a real die.

Then I demand that you use a different die. Because that die is loaded. You're against us!!! :sing:

I'm going to bribe Masked Builder into changing all your die results to 6

Nyx, Nerwen, I'd love to go on he new Sandy quest with you fine ladies.

Yes please!

I'd love to quest with Nerwen again and Nyx really needs Larry right now. In fact, having both those two around her is exactly what she needs. I hope Skrall comes along too, but it'll feel a bit odd for Nyx questing without Atramor, though.

Just wondering, as a QM, should I build the sets before or after I apply it to sandy?

And in these new quests, Is there a little room for sarge :cry_happy:? I really want to go on a Sandy quest, and I've never been on a big one!

As great as it sounds, I don't think Haldor or I would like another huge party epic quest so soon after Quest #53. Hopefull Quest #65 won't be too straining for the both of us and act as a way of winding down from super-perilous battles against demi-gods.
