soccerkid6 Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 It allows you to store a liquid in your weapon, so you can use it and attack in the same turn. Examples, potions, tonics, and the like. Quote

Quarryman Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Tried searching through the last 6 or so pages of this topic (with 40 posts per page, so the last 200+ posts) and couldn't find anything. So, what is the chance of success when using one of Elphaba's fancy scrolls, die roll of 1, 2 or 3, or do they always succeed? (would be nice if this was added to the FAQ ) Quote
Peppermint_M Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 You know, people seem quite distrustful of Cysgodion don't they? Quote
legobodgers Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 (edited) I actually I would trust Cysgodion as long as I trusted Tensi. I especially love how you have used the sword as a chance for character development, the imagery of the purple mist circling over her arm is great. EDIT: Quarryman, my understanding is that if you use one of the scrolls for a spell it will always work Edited November 11, 2011 by legobodgers Quote

Tanma Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 I am not complaining in the slightest, but we are near the end of the quest correct? I only ask because we not only have outlasted all the quests that started around the time we began, but other quests like 10 and 11 started and finished after we began. I just want to know if this is close to the final battle, or if there will be a plot twist and we aren't even two thirds done. Quote
Jebediahs Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Hehe Need to add to the quest proposal the estimated length. I think your quest is an epic. Quote
Tanma Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Quest 4 is huge alright, which reminds me, has anyone bothered to memorize the nights we have been journeying? It would be interesting to know how long we have been on this quest, since most quests take place in one day/night. One reason why I think we are barely started on the quest is the deal we made with the elf leader at Brobric. I think that once we learn what the Lion Knights are planning, we will have to rush to the Brobric Elves in order to give them warning of the plans. But since the contract was destroyed, the elves will keep us out. Because of this we will have to sneak into the forest with help from that elf warrior we traveled with. And somewhere in there we will deal with the Shadeaux torch plot point. Quote

I think your quest is an epic. Yeah, it took a lot longer than I expected. My next Quest is going to be shorter, I guarantee. Though on the bright side, so far, heroes have had the opportunity to gain experience nine times. The are some who started my Quest at Level 1 and are now Level 10. Rumble Strike Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 I agree that a rough estimate of Quest length would be helpful for signups. Oh and Bioniclover, Gorg hasn't been selected, it's just your Orc. Quote
swils Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 QM Note: Um... Sure, why not. Fur-lined Bedroll - The user regains twice as much Health and/or Ether as he would if he were using a normal Bedroll. Love it. Hahah Doc, say it ain't so! The end can't be that near! Why, we still havent checked out Brobric Pass! With all the rumors of danger that surround it, it's GOTTA be a liter treasure trove, am I right?! Quote

But never fear, you might, just maybe, still be able to go through Brobric Pass. Quote

Sandy Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 So, what is the chance of success when using one of Elphaba's fancy scrolls, die roll of 1, 2 or 3, or do they always succeed? (would be nice if this was added to the FAQ ) They always succeed, but it costs 1 ether to cast the spell. Brickdoctor Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 You do know that bedrolls recover full health and ether when used? Not in my Quest. I only let them regain 2 Health, and then only if they didn't get attacked. Besides, I wasn't even planning to give that item to the party, so it can't be that great. Quote
